ZillowVERIFIEDFive Stars - She Made the Impossible Possible If you want a realtor who delivers results even when things get complicated, look no further than Lisa. She handled both selling my home and purchasing my new one, and I can honestly say she's everything you hope for in a real estate professional - and then some. Why she's exceptional: Stays calm under pressure - Our sale hit unexpected complications, but she never flinched. She navigated every challenge with grace and strategic problem-solving that kept the deal moving forward Always available - Seriously, I don't know when this woman sleeps. Quick responses, timely updates, and she was there whenever I needed her Smart and strategic - Her market knowledge and tactical approach made a real difference in both transactions. She knows how to position a property and negotiate effectively Genuinely cares - This wasn't just business to her. She treated my transactions like they were her own and made me feel supported throughout Gets results - Despite the complications on the sale side, she closed both deals successfully. That's the bottom line that matters The real test of a great realtor isn't just handling the easy transactions - it's what they do when things go sideways. Lisa proved herself when it mattered most. I trust her completely and recommend her without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa Raines is the consummate professional. She always responds promptly, she is an excellent listener and makes sure that she understands all components of the issue before suggesting any viable solution(s). Having been in medical sales my entire career, I can appreciate observing a skilled sales professional at work. My Townhouse represented a very modestly priced home sale, yet Lisa provided the level of service one might only expect to receive from a million-dollar transaction. I can't imagine there being anyone better at their profession than Lisa. In my experience, she represents the standard by which all sales professionals should measure themselves against.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa was by far the best agent we could have ever asked for! From the very beginning she was knowledgeable, helpful, very communicative and went above and beyond to help us at every step of the process. Any question we had she was there to answer and made us feel so comfortable and at ease during the process! If I could give her 10 stars on everything I would!!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had the privilege to have Lisa as our agent. We are new to Columbus and she was so wonderful to work with. She showed us around and pointed things out as we went from one house to another. We looked at a lot of houses and she was so patient with us until we found the one! Lisa is very knowledgeable about properties and the surrounding areas. She kept us updated though every step of the process since we are first time home buyers! Overall she made the experience great and I highly recommend Lisa when you are ready to find your perfect home!

Her and her team are incredibly personable, knowledgeable, understanding, and efficient. My wife and I had a quick turnaround and Lisa was with us every step of the way. ZillowVERIFIED Lisa is an extremely helpful realtor. She found numerous homes that fit our criteria. I believe we viewed 15 homes before choosing one to purchase. Her knowledge of the area was extremely beneficial when choosing the right location for schools, safety, an ease of shopping for groceries. Lisa helped tremendously during closing as we were out of state and had to do a mail away closing. I would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa made finding the perfect home quick and painless. We had little knowledge of Columbus so Lisa helped to navigate us through the different local neighborhoods to find a great location that accommodated both of our tastes. Regardless of our crazy schedules, she managed to find the time to repeatedly show us homes that we were interested in. She also assisted us in finding a broker to list an out of state home that we needed to sell. I highly recommend Lisa if you are looking to purchase a new home in Columbus or the surrounding area.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Lisa one day looking at a listing on Zillow and asked if she could show me and my fiancee the house. She responded extremely fast and we set up a time to see it. Unfortunately the first house was not what we wanted, but we kept looking, and Lisa was so patient with us throughout the process. She would show us house after house until finally we found the perfect home. Lisa went above and beyond for us, and as first time home buyers, she answered all of our questions and quelled our concerns. I could not have asked for a better Realtor, and I will recommend her to anybody in the area looking to purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Zillow to view a house we saw online. Zillow set us up with Lisa Rains who was a realtor in our area. We could not of been happier with the pairing. Lisa made our home buying experience easy and enjoyable. She was flexible with our schedule, very knowledgeable of Columbus and the surrounding area, and was up-to-date on the current market. She provided useful insight into the future market in the area. Lisa also was able to provide us with contacts for home inspections and followed up with the inspector who came back out once minor repairs were completed. Lisa has a wide net within the community of professionals that she could easily suggest when we mention a improvement or a idea as we viewed houses. Ultimately we found our home fairly quickly with her flexibility and knowledge and she was never pushy. Lisa was able to negotiate a price that worked within our budget and then handled all the paperwork via e-mail with ease. We would highly recommend Lisa Rains and will use her as our listing and buying agent if we ever decide to sell and purchase a house again.

She took our likes and dislikes and worked tirelessly to find the best house to fit our needs. Being first time home buyers we were new to the entire process. She did a great job of putting our minds at ease by explaining everything we needed to do in full. She answered any question we had and if she didn t know the answer she contacted someone who did. She was available to talk by phone, text, email, and in person! She was very helpful in the negotiation process. We cannot thank her enough and highly recommend her! ZillowVERIFIED Lisa knows Columbus. She's professional, punctual, knowledgeable and personable. I had a tight time frame to find a house due to the quick sale of mine and the closing date that was set. We looked at countless houses and she was available any time I asked, even though I know she had a lot of other clients she was working with. We found the perfect house for me in about two weeks and all the timing worked out perfectly. I know anyone would love working with Lisa.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa's excellence is really solid and consistent. As first time home buyers, we really couldnt be happier that we found Lisa. We went to see a house that my husband & I wanted to see. We expressed to Lisa what we were looking for. She nailed it 100% the very next day. The house she found us was unbelievably breathtaking..Our Journey with Lisa Raines was so wonderful. She made house searching so easy for us, all we had to do is tell her what we were looking for and she did all the work! She really made us feel like family and like we could count on her for anything, from finding the right house to helping you work on your house to get it ready to move in! She really goes above and beyond her duties to help you find your house and making sure everything is safe for you and your family! We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Lisa! We would recommend her to all and everyone who is searching for their perfect and good quality home. We give her a big thanks for everything!" we closed about 2weeks ago..The Following are the things that I think Lisa has been consistently exceeded:1. Expertise- We all know that the quickest way to know a persons level of knowledge is by asking tons of questions (I didnt do it on purpose. Its just what first home buyers do and me being myself).I couldnt recall the specific questions that Ive asked Lisa but I was very impressed every time when I got the response from her.. Her expertise and timely response makes Lisa really reliable..2. Timely communication Lisa has so many clients at hands but I was amazed by how she was still able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. Its not just about the deliver on time; its the accuracy of her response and the knowledge she has that really makes the whole home buying process smooth.Lisa is a straight shooter and extremely honest with her clients. I can highly recommend her to anyone seeking a truly professional Realtor."
