The housing market is very competitive at the moment and she moved quickly in order to show us the homes. Out of all the homes she showed us, we put in an offer on one and it was accepted. We purchased the home without seeing it in person. Tanja took walk through videos of every home and gave her honest opinion on them. We were very thankful for this. The home we purchased is just how it looks in person compared to her videos. There were no unwanted surprises.

ZillowVERIFIED Tanja Cady assisted my family in locating and buying a home in Columbus, GA. Often times, realtors tend to represent the transaction and not you. I never got the feeling that this was the case with Tanja. We made an offer on another property in which the seller refuse to come off the price. Never once did Tanja try to pressure us into agreeing to a deal that wasn't in our best interest. She was timely in fulfilling her commitments throughout the process. I enjoyed working with her and plan on using her to list my home in Harris County, my mother's home in Cusseta, GA when she is ready to sell, and will have her help me find investment rental properties.

There was a house listed with only one photo, and I randomly emailed Tanja on Zillow and asked if there was any way I could get more pictures of the house. (This was NOT one of her listings.) Since I was living in Texas at the time, I had no way of driving by the house to look at it.Tanja earned my confidence in her when, the very next morning, she drove out to this house located in an out of-the-way area, took multiple pictures AND a video, and rushed them to me via email.Tanja is a competent and knowledgable real estate agent. I found her to be quick to address my concerns and questions - usually on the same day.
