Andrew Te
Founder/ CEO
Andrew started FastExpert in 2014 and oversees the strategic direction and the vision of the company. He has a passion for starting new things and finding ways to meet the ever-changing needs of the customer. Andrew has been on all sides of the real estate process and uses that knowledge and experience to drive the ongoing improvement of FastExpert.
Chandan Kumar
Director of Technology
Chandan Kumar is an Enterprise Architect with over 15 years of development and leadership experience. He has a talent for increasing business value by designing innovative solutions. Chandan is highly skilled in coding, information management, and application development. He has been with FastExpert since 2014 and continues to be a huge asset.
Desiree Arredondo
Director of Operations
Desiree manages the day-to-day operations of the client services team and so much more. She started with FastExpert in 2015 and has since taken on many roles within the company. She works with the design team, marketing team, and development team on many projects. Desiree has great attention to detail and ensures everything is running smoothly.
Steph Matarazzo
Director of Marketing
Steph has a B.S. in Marketing and has been working in the digital world for over 11 years. She has been on the FastExpert team since 2019 and is responsible for much of the content on the site. Steph’s expertise comes from her first-hand experience of buying and selling multiple homes in multiple states as well as working closely with licensed real estate agents. She currently lives on the east coast with her family and their golden retriever, Dizzy.
Alexis Caasi
Product Manager
Alexis holds a B.S. in Computer Science. She is driven by her passion for elevating user experiences and excels in cross-functional collaboration, actively engaging with the Dev Team, Marketing Team, and Sales Team. Alexis’ dedication to constant improvement and innovative thinking guarantees that the products under her management consistently go above and beyond customer expectations.

Mary has been with FastExpert since 2015. She has been a leader on the team, helping with training and mentoring, as well as being a great asset to clients. She consistently goes above and beyond to help her team succeed.

Kevin brings with him a B.S. in Accounting and ten years of sales and customer service experience. He started with FastExpert in 2019 and has been a big asset to the team. He believes strongly in the power of communication and has great attention to detail.

Nikki started working on the team in 2020 and quickly became a leader with her strong work ethic and positive attitude. She is happiest when she’s able to help people and loves building relationships with agents and clients.
