The city of La Crescenta is composed of the parts of Crescenta Valley that is not a part of Glendale or La Canada. This little town is bordered by Glendale, La Canada, Angeles Crest National Forest, and Tujunga and offers an influx of shopping and restaurants. Residents enjoy the convenience of easy freeway access and proximity to the urban city. La Crescenta is packed with numerous California Distinguished schools offering 7 public elementary schools, 1 middle school, and 2 high schools all part of the praised Glendale Unified School District, along with other private schools. Lush green parks are seen as you drive through the wide streets with manicured landscaping, and this city offers its own public library.
