ZillowVERIFIED Adrian was a great agent. He answered any questions I had and clarified any areas that confused me(there were a lot). He was always professional, kind, and quick to laugh. His communication was on point. He always made time for a call when I needed more clarification or had any questions. He made great suggestions on what I could do to help sell the house faster and make it more appealing to others. He really knows his stuff!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Adrian was a fantastic experience from start to finish. He helped us sell our home and buy into a completely different market. His expertise in both areas helped to navigate the complicated process. Adrian's responsiveness is such a positive. He was always available and immediately got back to us every step of the way. If you want a knowledgeable and attentive agent, we can't recommend Adrian any higher!

ZillowVERIFIED My mortgage company linked me up with Adrian. I really like that Adrian was very respectful and patient with the whole process. When we first met it was because I seen a home I liked and needed the assistant with the offers. Unfortunately, that first house did not work out. I told Adrian we were not in a rush in searching for a home and he understood. He was not pushy at all and was doing everything at my pace. My fiance and I then decided to go house hunting again. Adrian worked with our schedule since we were only able to go Sundays. That same Sunday we went to look at houses we found one we really like. That same day we put in the offer. The process was quick where able to close in less than a month! Happy I was able to find something within my range and the home of my dreams

ZillowVERIFIED Adrian was extremely easy to work with. We were able to schedule and look at over 30 houses within 8 days. He was willing to devote his entire time finding the house that we needed as well as ensure all paperwork was provided promptly on his end. He worked out details with our lender and escrow to ensure our first buying experience was completed.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience working with Adrian was nothing short of excellent. As a veteran using a VA loan to both sell my home and buy a new one, I knew the process could get complicated, but Adrian handled everything like a pro. He was honest, responsive, and incredibly patient, which made a big difference for me. He kept me updated every step of the way, explained all the documents clearly, and never made me feel rushed or confused. Adrians deep knowledge of the market and VA loan process gave me confidence, and he made sure I stayed on track, even when unexpected delays came up. He truly had my best interest in mind the entire time. I would 100% recommend him to any veteran or anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and hardworking agent who knows how to get the job done right.

ZillowVERIFIED Adrian was a total pleasure to work with, even with me being out of state. His communication was timely, clear and also came with advice, if needed. He is incredibly responsive and helped us sell my mother's house from afar. His knowledge of the Antelope Valley market and his connections with countless professionals in the area made needed improvements and repairs a piece of cake. He even arranged most of them for me! I strongly recommend Adrian Rissling to you. He will be the trusted real estate professional that serves you well!

ZillowVERIFIED Adrian is AMAZING! He is not only an expert in his field but he is also just an amazing human being. Even his competion remark on how great he is to work with which is super impressive. We first worked with him when he helped us several years ago buy our first home. Since that time he has been the only name we give to friends and family for a referral when they are buying and selling. So when it came time to move for my husbands new job he was our first call. He is sooooo great at what he does. He worked with us to assure we had the home ready to present to the market by making some great tips to give it a bit more curb appeal! Its also a very challenging market since we were heading into the holidays and a slow selling cycle. We needed top dollar in a slow market and he delivered! Within MINUTES of going on the market we had a full price offer. Even though we are moving across the country he will continue to be our first phone call to bounce ideas off of and draw from his expertise. Adrian is calming at every step of the way in a process that is highly stressful. You can rely on him and he never disappoints!

ZillowVERIFIED Adrian was incredibly knowledgeable regarding the home buying process and was able to work with our VA/CalVet lender. He was very responsive and kept us updated throughout the process. We purchased in a rural area and he still went out of his way to deliver the best service to us and be present for the Home Warranty Inspection, Final Walk Through, and to deliver our keys to us personally. It was obvious to us, from our experience, that Adrian is a seasoned professional in his industry. 10/10. Would work with him again.

ZillowVERIFIED Adrian rocks! Hes very patient, competent, and above all makes himself available to you. Heavy emphasis on makes himself available. He was such a blessing to us and really took the stress out of buying and selling. I never felt rushed or pressured. He listened to our likes and dislikes when searching for a home and really took the time to get to know us. He explained things to us thoroughly and accurately. I didnt feel like I was just a typical customer or client at all with him. You hear so many stories about agents and how they drop the ball, but he never ever did. He really took the headache out of the process. Thank you for everything Adrian!! We appreciate you!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I interviewed three real estate agents before selecting Adrian. We selected Adrian because he was personable and seemed to be knowledgeable about the real estate market where we live. We just had a good feeling about Adrian. Its difficult to know someone after one interview if someone is good, but Adrian met and exceeded our expectations. He listed our house quickly, made adjustments to lure in buyers and kept us informed on what was happening with the sale of our house. Adrian was a great help when I needed a qualified handyman to help me out when I was in a bind. Also, Adrian has personally offered to help us with the move. We think he is wonderful. Thank you Adrian!

After giving Adrian the information he asked on what I was interested in he took it from there. He lined up a few homes gave me a call made arrangements and that?s all it took. We found her home on the first try and within 30 days December 23 we were in our home celebrating Christmas thanks to Adrian with his professionalism and communication taken care of in solving any problems that would arise and made it no problem at all.
