They helped me with my garage sale setting up tables and furniture, things I couldn't do on my own. Helped find an exterior painter and cleaning crew. Even more helpful things were keeping me calm, guiding me thru the process, and took care of any issues or problems that arose. Having health issues I didn't know how I was going to buy my home in another county when I could not physically drive myself there. I hadn't even expressed that to them and they already offered to help find me a home in another county when they came to discuss listing my home! Craig & Cameron hosted two open houses on consecutive weekends to get as many potential buyers to see the property as possible. Within a week, we had three strong offers on the house. Prior to showing the house they brought in a interior designer to walk through the house and make recommendations on staging. They were able to meet the painters at our house when we had other commitments. They touch based frequently with the buyers agent to ensure everything was on track and kept us apprised of the progress. They tirelessly worked on helping us find the ideal home for our family. Once we had an offer accepted, they were always present during inspections, and were in regular communication with the sellers agent on the status. About a month after we moved into our house, Craig stopped by with an avocado tree and a fig tree to plant in our backyard. With their attention to detail, customer centric focus, commitment to excellence, and passion for what they do, we would highly recommend them to any one interested in buying or selling a home.

My initial loan fell through at the last minute without warning, due to my lender's incompetence. After the one week extension we requested expired, I was ready to give up and expected my deposit was going to be lost. $18,000 is a lot of money; even more depressing--it was a gift from my family. Then the Hunters stepped in... They contacted several lenders in their network and found one willing to expedite the process. Not only did Craig and Cam save my deposit, escrow closed within three weeks. The result was more than I could have hoped for, but their approach to what had become a very messy situation was even more impressive. They never once panicked and when an obstacle had to be dealt with, they revealed themselves as consummate professionals; their enthusiasm and positive energy was amazing!
