I have had some very average experiences with realtors in the past, so my expectations were set very low - however after meeting Bryan I knew he was the only person I was interested in working with. I met with 3 other realtors who were only interested in telling me how big and amazing they were, as well as giving me all the usual 'sales tactics'. Bryan listened and understood our situation, was empathetic to my family's situation and would do whatever it took to ensure we were looked after. When we first purchased the house 13 years ago (the one that we were about to sell) Bryan was the Realtor that represented the seller. This process was suppose to have been far more stressful and difficult with our circumstances of having to move and accomodate my ill father-in-law however Bryan was able to zero in on our needs.
