As a real estate agent serving Arlington, TX, I've had the pleasure of helping many families find their dream home in this vibrant and diverse city. Arlington is the perfect blend of excitement and everyday comfort. With world-class attractions like AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Field, Six Flags Over Texas, and a thriving restaurant and entertainment scene, there's never a dull moment. What I love most is how Arlington offers something for everyone"”from young professionals to growing families to retirees. You'll find beautiful neighborhoods, great schools, and an active parks system, including River Legacy Park, which is a local favorite. Plus, its central location between Dallas and Fort Worth makes commuting or exploring North Texas super convenient. Whether you're buying, selling, or just exploring the possibilities, Arlington is a city full of opportunity and energy. ðŸ—ï¸ Thinking about making a move? I'd love to help you discover the right fit in Arlington.

A City of Entertainment and Opportunity Arlington offers a vibrant mix of entertainment and convenience. For sports fans, it's a dream come true, with the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers calling Arlington home. Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor provide thrills for all ages. Families appreciate the good schools and suburban feel. However, public transportation is limited, so a car is a must. Overall, Arlington is a great choice for those seeking a lively and exciting place to live, with easy access to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Arlington is situated within 15 minutes of most other cities within DFW. My daughter loved the nightlife around UTA and there are several fantastic restaurants to visit. When I think about Arlington, several areas come to mind: Southeast, Southwest, North, Northwest, and Sam Houston. Each area has its own vibe and niche neighborhoods, many which are tucked away behind trees...kind of hidden gems. After working for nearly 15 years in education, I know better than place a lot of faith in Star tests. My children are now grown but they did attend Juan Seguin High School and had no issues. As a matter of fact, several of my daughter's past teachers helped to mold her into an amazing writer and editor. The school has seen several changes in leadership over the past decade and I believe the teaching staff at Juan Seguin to now be top-notch.

Nearby-school grades are FastExpert estimates from the average available ratings of unique public schools returned for sampled neighborhood properties. A: 8–10; B: 6–under 8; C: 4–under 6; D: 2–under 4; F: 1–under 2. Unrated schools are excluded. Nearby schools may not be assigned to a specific address.
