ZillowVERIFIED I hired Phillip Boyer to market my home in February of 2015. I had interviewed 3 or 4 agents before we came to the decision to hire him. We wanted to see what other agents offered. Like car shopping... you know!? I knew Phillip and his wonderful wife because we both lived in the same neighborhood. They had listed and sold many homes not only in our neighborhood but all over and each time the home sold quickly. It is important to find an agent that is knowledgeable about the market your in, pricing correctly the first time, and willing to play hard ball in negotiations to get YOU the top dollar. We never felt pressured to make a decision, we also felt like Phillip we had all the information needed and he had OUR best interest in mind. He and his wife always made themselves available for questions. Our home was on the market less then 48 hours and had 3 offers. We sold and moved in less than 3 weeks. Phillip helped with locating a contractor for our roof and even with our yard work! lol... They were truly a great team, all questions, phone calls, and questions were answered truthfully, quickly and sometimes had to search for the answers, but were always there to care for our needs. It was a great feeling to be in the hands of caring, confident, honest folks. Our situation was a little different but makes it all the more fun to tell; we sold our home with Phillip in May 2013 in 4hours with 2 offers. He was able to negotiate exactly what we needed; the story was suppose to end there, we said goodbye to them after closing to drive out of state.
