Review Phenomenal is the most appropriate adjective I can think to describe the Koester team. As someone who is very particular, occasionally a micromanager, and has high standards, I can genuinely say that Holly and Stephanie easily meet and exceed any expectations you could set for a buyer's agent. We purchased our house while living out of state and without knowing the DFW area, which, as you can imagine, requires tremendous amount of trust in your realtor. Holly was truly our eyes and ears on the ground and did a spectacular job of helping us navigate the extremely fast paced and competitive DFW real estate market. She and Stephanie are prompt communicators, extremely efficient (at least two steps ahead of the game), and most importantly (to us), they were always straight shooters and kept our best interests front and center.Overall, the Koester team is incredible. Review Wow! We can't say enough good things about Holly and her team. Holly helped us buy our first house, which we had to do remotely. She made what could have been a scary and difficult process easy and fun. Whenever we requested house tours via Skype, Holly was on-site touring us around within 24 hours. She also gave great advice about how to make a competitive offer and advised us on what inspections to do before signing. We ended up with exactly the house we wanted, despite some difficult location and size preferences. Post-purchase, Holly has also been fantastic about helping us set up utilities and yard service and watching over the house until we move in. We can't recommend Holly and the Koester team more highly!

I first met her almost 13 years ago when I purchased my current home. She represented the seller, not me, the buyer. I heard from her immediately following the closing with a congratulations note and every year after on our closing anniversary, she would send an anniversary congratulations. Periodically I would get a phone call inquiring if we had any realtor needs. I am a believer in customer service! It took research to find out if we still lived at that address!! She made the experience of purchasing our current home less stressfull than the others I had contracted with or worked with. There was no doubt she would be my realtor when I sold this rental home. The latest home was empty at the time we signed contract. She made suggestions on all aspects that you would want from an expert and then staged the home beautifully. I was amazed at the pictures! I almost wanted to keep the home and not sell!! We signed a contract on 02/07/14 and they hosted an open house on 02/09 & 02/16!! We had 4 contracts before the 2nd open house. We closed in March over the asking price! I would not even consider using another realtor!! AND to contribute further.... the team that works with the Koester Team are the best!! If I phoned for Holly and she was out, anyone I spoke to knew that I was a contracted seller, where my selling location was and could answer any of my questions! I am a nurse and am use to giving/getting report each morning on every patient - I'm pretty sure they must be doing the same with their clients. Great team work! Love Rylee and Janell !!
