We interviewed 4 different Agencies when listing our home in Chesapeake VA. We chose Cody Bush as we loved his approach, his honesty, his use of technology, not only in making the presentation, but also in leveraging tools to help us sell the property. The first 3 agents felt the max value of the home was significantly lower than what we felt the home was worth. Clearly they are all about "quick transactions" to maximize quick commissions. Cody felt as though our completely renovated home did not compare to other "comps" in the neighborhood and felt we would get $50k more than the other agents predicted. He was absolutely right! Listed on Wed, 5 offers that weekend of the open house, and a no problem close (with no inspection) 3 weeks later. Other agents wanted us to spend over $3k on staging - Cody used AI which was not only more cost efficient but far more effective. Cody showed up at the appraisal to ensure the inspector knew every cost we had put into the reno and it came back completely aligned with the sell price. Cody absolutely did exactly what he said he would do, did not bash other agents (which is what the others did), had great follow up, and was a pleasure to work with. Agent Cody Bush is the man!!! Skip the rest and go with the BEST!
