We interviewed three realtors on the day after returning from SC and making an unplanned offer on a retirement home, contingent on the sale of our Indiana home. James professionalism, responsiveness, realistic opinion on sales price and the fact that they would be using a professional photographer, confirmed our choice and paid off. We signed with them a day or two after our meeting, professional photos were arranged quickly and listings posted in just a few days. An open house was planned in less than a week. We had a full price offer from a couple who had requested to see our home prior to the open house! We closed on both homes in less than a month!
