She helped us through every single step in buying a house, explaining processes and steps we didnt know or understand. She was prompt and courteous to us. She was knowledgeable, fair and friendly to us and the many people involved in selling and inspecting the house we purchased. There were many hiccups along the way where we had to negotiate to have repairs made to the house and we had to ask for several extensions for the closing. Had she not known well what to do we most likely would not have gotten the house that is just perfect for us. Thank you Cathy!

Review I wish I could give a ten star review for Cathy! She helped me and my wife purchase a home in Corpus Christi while we were still living in New Jersey. She was very understanding and always available via text, email, phone, etc. She provided guidance every step of the way. There were some challenges for us trying to handle issues from 1800 miles away but Cathy was always there to help resolve them. If you need a realtor, do yourself a favor and call Cathy.
