Review I have been buying and selling homes in Eugene since the early 1990s. Some as primary homes, others as rentals. About 15 years ago, Stephanie was recommended to us and we have used her on 4 transactions. I think that says it all, we keep hiring her when we have a real estate need. Stephanie also has a strong Team that markets the home with traditional media, as well as digital and social media. I also visited her new office at DC Real Estate and was extremely impressed. It is more of a boutique shop that specializes in all aspects of real estate, including design and construction. You won't feel lost in a sea of Agents like you do at some of the bigger companies. I felt like they focus more on quality than quantity. I have spent my entire career in Management and Sales in the TV industry. I would put Stephanie at the same level as some of the best Sales folks I have had the pleasure of working with.

Review More often than not, it is only in retrospect that one can be sure that one has made the right decision on something. It is clear that we made the right decision in picking Stephanie Coats and Keller Williams Agency to sell our house in Harrisburg, Oregon. Stephanie Coats is the consummate professional and at the same time like a good friend. Even though her job was made somewhat more difficult, due to our living in Portland, she kept us informed of the status of things as we worked our way through the sales process. Review Stephanie Coats is the worst selling agent I have ever had. Not only did she not put a stop sale on my property, she did not inform the buyers agent that I had second thoughts on selling the property. When I approached Stephanie to tell her I was having second thoughts I was literally told that the buyers will sue me for backing out of the contract. Also Stephanie Coats never disclosed that her husband was the one she contracted out to do repairs on the property. I was not represented at all! I made repairs on the property that were not needed because I told her I wanted to sell as is but was talked into fixing them. Stephanie took advantage of me while my mother was dying of cancer. I obtained legal help but with my mother dying and the thought of more stress and no money to go forward I made a hard decision to let my moms house go. Here I am years later looking into being an agent and I am appalled at her actions and think her license should have been pulled years ago. Thanks for taking advantage of someone when they were in duress.
