Searching for your dream home can be stressful. Throw in two people with very different ideas of what that dream home looks like and it can feel impossible. My husbands must-have list consisted of property -- lots of it, rural area, quiet road, able to hunt on property and easy access to snowmobile trail. Basically he wants to be in the middle of nowhere. My must-have list was quick and easy access to civilization, good community and schools. Basically, I wanted to NOT be in the middle of nowhere. Somehow, Susan was able to lead us to our perfect home -- that magically fulfilled both of our must-have lists. We still cant believe it. We loved working with Susan for the sale of our home and purchase of new one. She was always available when wed call or text with questions -- and we always called at the worst time (dinner time, early Saturday morning), she provided solutions that helped ease tensions between my husband and I, and she even held our newborn baby (AND entertained our three year old) as we viewed several homes in the search for our perfect one. Best of all, Susan is honest. We trust her completely, she always had our best interest in mind, and she genuinely cared about us being happy and finding the perfect place for our family. This is our third time going through the buying/selling process, and thanks to Susan, this will be the last. We have finally found the perfect home for our family and couldnt be more grateful to Susan for navigating what felt like an impossible process for us. If youre embarking on the stressful journey of buying or selling a home, reach out to Susan. She did a wonderful job at selling my property. The listing had great pictures, details and hit all the marks. The property was sold very quickly and she was always in communication with me.
