ZillowVERIFIED Melissa helped us find the right home in one of the craziest seller's markets. We were moving to the Lebanon, NH area and we began the house search process a year in advance by looking for the right realtor. We set up house showings with a handful of realtors and, from beginning, Melissa found a way to make time for us and get us in to see houses we were interested in. That was not the case with some other realtors we tried. Some were eager to meet with us and not show us any houses. We spent close to a year looking for the right house with Melissa and not once did she pressure us to purchase a home we were not comfortable with. As our lease was running out, and the pressure to find a home to purchase (or to rent) neared, Melissa continued to get us in to see houses. We made a handful of offers and Melissa always let us make the offer we wanted with gentle guidance. She stayed positive, even when most of our offers were not accepted. She reassured us many times not to give up, that we would find the right house. In the end, she helped us find a home that we absolutely love. Thanks, Melissa!

She knew the area, knew who would be looking for a home of our size, and knew when the best time to list was.When we got an offer that wouldn't work (we needed to delay close while we moved), she didn't pressure us to take it. She said she knew she could sell our home and that we should wait for an offer that was right. We passed and she sold the home for exactly our price target, at a time that worked for us.Melissa went above and beyond. When we needed last minute paper work, she went and got it. When the washing machine broke while we were out of town, she let the repairman into our house. There were lots of ups and downs on the sale but Melissa did a good job of shielding me from the things such as comments or negotiations I didn't need to be aware of to make the sale go through. The purchase could have been a nightmare to walk through on my own and I am very grateful she was able to work as my representative. The forms and paperwork alone were impossible to keep track of without working knowledge of what was needed and when. She recommended great contractors for a lot of work that need to be done (transforming a neglected rental into a good house), coordinated everything and followed through. Extremely professional, friendly and dedicated. I have dealt with many and I honestly couldn't imagine a better realtor.She kept me up to date on what turned out to be a fairly difficult process due to an unexpected flood, buyers that initially fell through, finding other buyers not long after, negotiating and fixing inspection issues. Finally, a water heater that went out a week before the final sale and put steam in the entire house requiring water clean-up, water heater replacement replacement and new paint. She made a nightmare of a situation tolerable and we closed on time! She has my highest recommendation.

She helps them locate and purchase all of their new properties, and they assured me we would not be disappointed. Weve purchased homes in both New York and New Jersey, working with several realtors, but Melissa is by far the best. She is extremely responsive, takes initiative in the process (but is not overly aggressive), and will work with you in a manner that suits your style.Since we were not local, we contacted Melissa to give her some ideas of what we were looking for. She provided us with several listings within in a few hours. The time we were able to be in town was limited, but she was able to set up all the appointments according to our schedule. Recognizing we were on a tight timeline, she texted us updates throughout the next 24 hours, assuring us we werent missing out on possible viewings.Once we decided to put in an offer, Melissa worked with the other realtor in an effective, efficient manner and did not add any unneeded complexity or confusion. Once our contract was signed, she checked in far in advance of all key dates to ensure we were doing everything we needed to meet our tight closing timeline, and helped expedite some issues.Melissa even took on some of our responsibilities (again, because we were not local). She was present and gave feedback to us on the home inspection and made several stops to the home to gather some additional information and let contractors in to perform home renovation estimates.Melissa follows-up on every email so quickly that you never have to check in on her to know whats going on.
