ZillowVERIFIED Heidi was a terrific agent to work with!We were based in Washington DC and looking to buy a house in New Hampshire. Heidi was amazing every step of the way. From explaining the local market and what each town offers to the specifics of navigating the actual purchase process and dealing with the seller. She knew the employees at the local bank and was able to coordinate multiple things with them directly.She was able to arrange many viewings in one day because we were very tight on time and was very patient with us as we decided on which place to buy. She gave us great advice on pricing and explained her reasoning thoroughly.We have worked with multiple agents before but Heidi truly stood out. She was extremely professional and responsive, knew the answer to almost any question we had and if she didn't would find out within an hour or two. She would respond to texts or calls immediately and would respond to any email within a minute which we appreciated immensely.She even went above and beyond. ZillowVERIFIED Heidi Reiss is THE real estate agent to use if you are considering purchasing or selling a home in the Upper Valley of NH. She was recommended by a colleague and exceeded our expectations. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area (schools, restaurants, places to ski and have fun outdoors), honest, and patient. She never pushed us to look beyond our price range and was happy to allow us to spend as much time as we needed looking at homes. When she found us our dream home, she then put us in touch with a local mortgage broker and a lawyer making the process so easy. In addition to purchasing a home from Heidi last year, she recently sold an old family home for us as well. She did a wonderful job of marketing the property and it was visible in the local papers, local magazine publications, and through flyers sent by mail. She updated photos on the website to reflect the change of season and kept us informed after every showing. Heidi Reiss is a consummate real estate agent and a really nice person, too!

Ultimately, it took us 3 years to make the move, but Heidi always provided just the right level of support - very responsive and helpful and never pushy. Initially, she showed us homes so we could get an understanding of the area and prices. Later, when we were actually ready to make the move, she was very quick to get us information on new listings and show us the ones we were interested in.
