ZillowVERIFIED Our daughter and son-in-law recommended Leila to us when we decided to move closer to them from Ohio. For several weeks we reviewed possible properties on-line on Leilas Collaboration Site, which was very helpful in identifying potential properties when we visited New Hampshire - particularly Leilas comments on a number of properties we were particularly interested in. The third property we saw was it, and Leilas guidance as to price and other negotiations was perfect. The following incident may best illustrate how good it has been to work with Leila: We had been trying for some days to get the total closing cost or at least an upper bound on it so that we could make sure the money was with the legal firm at closing. Also we wanted to make sure we could close from Ohio. After several phone calls and emails to the legal firm related to these issues - without adequate response - we called Leila and explained the issues late one day. Leila said she would deal with that. The next day we had a very responsive legal firm providing full information on both issues and asking us if we needed anything further. With Leila as your realtor you will have someone with the knowledge, personality, and determination to deal with any issues that come up - someone in whom you can place complete confidence. ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were interested in purchasing our first (and hopefully forever) home. We started the process by contacting a bank to find out what kind of financing we would qualify for. The loan officer gave us cards for multiple agents that would be able to help us with the buying process. One of those agents was Leila. During our first phone conversation something just clicked, and my wife and I KNEW that she was the agent we wanted to work with. The rest of the process confirmed that we had made the right choice. Leila was always ready and willing to set up property showings on OUR schedule, and was able to provide insight on many of the properties that she showed us. At no time did we feel that she was trying to influence our decision, but she was happy to give honest opinions and point out both good and bad things about properties. When we chose to make an offer she was able to set us up with a wonderful home inspector and septic inspector, and then make the negotiations to have the issues we found rectified.The other thing to take into consideration is that this was all done between February and May of 2020, right when Covid hit us. This obviously added a layer of difficulty to the entire process, but Leila rolled with the punches and helped us keep the process moving.In conclusion, I would recommend Leila to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
