We purchased a property where Peter was the selling agent,A and the final price was based on specific information provided by Peter's contractor on a repair bid. He was incredibly patient (we toured several homes over the course of 6+ months and entered into contract on a few). Never did we feel pressured. Peter Cutile is an exceptional realtor who will always have your back, make you feel heard, and will work hard to find you the house of your dreams. I was VERY specific and quite stubborn about the type of home I wanted and we were on a time limit. Peter was patient and listened to all my crazy and seemingly impossible needs. The truth is, I wanted him to find a Mid Century Ranch time capsule for me in less than 3 months. Yeah, I know! Peter DELIVERED! He found it! Our dream home. A 1967 Ranch time capsule. All original everything! We moved in 3 1/2 weeks after our 1st offer. Even with a time limit, Peter never made us feel rushed or pressured into buying a home we didnt want or couldnt afford. He even kept taking care of us when he and his family were quarantined because of a COVID scare! Just to be clear, Peter had a time limit, was briefly quarantined, and found the perfect Mid Century Time Capsule home in less than 3 months. Where Peter is concerned above and beyond is an understatement. He will make finding and purchasing a home fun, exciting and as stress free as possible. He is an extremely knowledgeable and dedicated realtor. It is instantly apparent that Peter loves his job and enjoys working with people. He made us feel at ease from day one.
