ZillowVERIFIED Richard helped us through our first home buying process during the crazy market in early 2021. He set up close to 20 private home tours, and accompanied us to almost every single one. He was always available for questions and at no point did we feel like we were doing this alone. Once we had an accepted offer, he was very punctual with writing the required documents and stepping us through the buying process. He also had recommendations for plumbers, electricians, etc. for us if we needed any home repairs.
