Modern Realty

Rueben was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. In a process that can often feel overwhelming, he made everything feel controlled, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. His level of professionalism is top-tier, but what really sets him apart is how invested he is in his clients success. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and consistently delivered options that aligned with my goals. His communication was clear, timely, and honestaEUR"no guesswork, no confusion. Whether it was navigating negotiations, coordinating timelines, or handling unexpected challenges, Rueben was always a step ahead and fully in control. What I appreciated most was his balance of expertise and approachability. Hes incredibly knowledgeable about the market, but he explains everything in a way thats easy to understand and never makes you feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing right by his clients, not just closing a deal. If youre looking for a realtor who is reliable, sharp, and fully committed to getting you the best outcome possible, Rueben is the one you want in your corner.

Ruben was absolutely great. He was very informative and made the entire experience very easy and relaxed. He worked with my expectations and exceeded. It took a lot longer then I expected and he stuck by me through the hole deal despitebeing pretty difficultat times. Thank you man. Much appreciated.

Ruben is top tier with everything and anything we needed help with. He went above and beyond the tasks a realestate agent would ever need to do. We would recommended Ruben with anything you might need

Ruben was incredible to work with from start to finish. He basically had to hold my hand through the process and was very patient answering all my questions and gave great advice! We closed after 55 days on market! I appreciate his negotiation skills and moving things forward with excellent communication! Highly recommend!!

We purchased a property where Peter was the selling agent,A and the final price was based on specific information provided by Peter's contractor on a repair bid. However, since closing on the home, we contacted the same contractor Peter originally used, and the new bid for the work came back three times higher than the initial estimate we were given. We have attempted to contact both Peter and his broker to discuss this discrepancy and the inaccurate information we received, but we have yet to receive a response after multiple emails and voicemails over three months.A
