ZillowVERIFIED Speaking as someone who buys and sells a fair amount of real estate, I have been very pleased with Ruben. He helped me sell a house in the country in the middle of a snow event for above my asking price. He did a great job presenting the various offers and helping me decide which offer to accept. He also took a long road trip with me to investigate a commercial property I was interested in. He will go above and beyond the call of duty and does his research well. I highly recommend Ruben to anyone considering buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED In 2021 my family decided to sell a property that we had no use for. Ruben swooped in for the quick rescue. Within a short time frame, we sat down to discuss our interests in selling. A week later the home was listed and sold within 24 hours exceeding our expectations. Throughout the experience, we were aware of everything that was occurring, and any questions that popped up were answered promptly.
