We made a very sound investment due to his guidance. That investment placed my wife and I, in a position to purchase our second home. We decided to once again reach out to Martin. We searched and searched and when we felt like giving up, Martin reminded us why we were doing this. He is not only a realtor but a therapist hahaha. Review Martin is a terrific real estate agent. I've worked with him as a listing agent and a buying agent. Actually, at first I had second thoughts about listing with him. He is so easygoing that I was concerned that he might not be able to get a good price. I should not have worried. He provided advice on all aspects of the sales process -- from staging to pricing. I listened to what he said, and we achieved top dollar, setting a top mark in the area. As a buying agent he was tireless. You know how crazy the market is. We looked at countless properties, and he was always able to track down the information I needed to make decisions. I made offers on multiple properties, and each time he worked hard to get them accepted ( and when they weren't it had nothing to do with Martin). until we finally went into contract, there were several unexpected complications but Martin worked through them all and we were able to close.
