However, Braulio takes it beyond this standard, always going above and beyond where it is needed. In this house sale, we were already moved out by the day of closing and did not have any tools, lawn mowers, or any possessions left at the house. When Braulio asked if we had our tools and if we were able to mow the lawn before the closing, and we explained that we had already moved our belongings, he did not hesitate to eagerly step in and solve the problem -- by mowing the lawn himself!
