It never felt like they actually cared if I liked the house myself. ZillowVERIFIED We had closed our house 2 months back had to run from pillar to post dealing with him.....even keys weren't handed appropriately had to do mutliple followups and still one of the key is missing. Overall felt like calling someone of the street to pickup the commission check that's it nothing much of help in any stage at times forgot whether he was selling agent or buying agent. Even to get the show times for this house was tough with him and never realized this house didnt have proper ventilation as most of the visits had been during the evenings and that was biggest regret we're having and this was missed due to just one limited visit ...overall didn't had great experience dealing with this agent......even the HOA setup wasn't guided hadn't provided us how to setup the power and water connection had to stay without water for 2 days thanks to our lovely neighbors else it would have been nightmare for us....
