While they say you can probably close on a house without a realtor, Alex was a prime example of exactly why you should have one! Alex went above and beyond to help with virtual house tours while we were out of town; knew the areas of interest well and had insightful recommendations to narrow in on our search; and had great connections to ensure timely turnaround on bids, contract review, inspections, etc. The Central NJ market is hot and houses move so quickly, but Alex was ready every step of the way. Review Oh what a ride its been !! We met Alex at an Open House when we werent really looking for a realtor. A few weeks later, Nick & Milly House Hunt group chat was started and I cant believe that was in 2022 and the rest is history. What feels like 100 homes, after so many visits and so many houses that we lost. We got real close a couple of times but none as special than the one weve landed in. We found our forever home, all better than the rest and made it all worth it. This is a gruesome process, it is overwhelming, theres a lot of information that you need, as well as a lot of patience & knowledge and more importantly you need someone on your team. He is always on your side, whether thats getting to the sellers as quickly as possible, trying to get as much information to get you the best outcome for your sale & buy. There has been no instance in the 2 1/2 years weve worked with Alex that we had to follow up on him getting back to us on our questions. He is quick and always on the ball. He sold our home in a week. We were off the market in 14 days! Thats because it was priced correctly and we had the right team working on it, with staged photos, videos, social media presence. He steered the ship to get through selling as manageable as possible. We went on the market in the middle of winter and he got the job done. When my wife and I (Tampa, FL residents) decided to buy a second home in New Jersey, we were filled with doubts. ENTER?JOE MONACO. He was so quick to investigate and answer all of our questions. Review I met Alex thru a neighborhood site which he had his realtor info posted. I needed to sell my Moms house but at the same time was very ill. I began to ask questions and he was so patient and helpful as I wasnt quite ready to put the house on the market. As he waited for me to decide if and when to, he asked if he could bring a few clients thru to see the house as they were looking for one that matched. Although they didnt wind up interested, this was just the first of a few that came through and about the third or forth viewing he brought a fellow that wanted the house. After this Alex couldnt have been more helpful as he literally walked me through the whole process step by step. I couldnt have felt more safe going thru the process with anyone else. He even installed a required fire extinguisher and fixed a window after a inspection. He also installed new guts to the inside of our leaky toilet! Review Incredible realtor. Extremely quick responses on any questions or requests I had and made selling our house significantly easier than my last realtor. He assisted me every step of the way and even took my disabilities into account when offering showings. Despite my apprehension of selling with Covid pandemic, the precautionary steps he put in place made me feel secure to have others in my home. When it came down to the sale, his knowledge on my local areas market let me decide between taking an offer or to hold off for better (the latter got us quite a significant price rise in the end). Even with the paperwork, he was able to instantly break down lawyer talk into English with the patience of a saint for my constant questions. I Cannot recommend him enough, its rare to get someone who is both thoroughly professional, sharp and with a kind demeanor. Definitely using him again to help sell my mothers home.
