Eddie Poole grew up in Mt. Juliet so he knows the area as well or better than anyone. As a graduate of Lakeview Elementary, Mt Juliet High School, and Middle Tennessee State University, he's seen his hometown grow from a small town to one of the premier communities in Middle Tennessee. It is Eddie's first priority that his clients achieve THEIR goals. He believes in putting his clients first so it's important to him that he understands his buyer's wants and needs. My real estate experience started in my early twenties when I became an outside sales manager for a building supply company in Illinois. Having learned as much as I could about the construction industry, I then took that knowledge to the field of appraising. I was a Certified Real Estate Appraiser for 12 years, and owned and operated my own appraising firm in Charleston, SC. In addition to being an Appraiser and published author, I was also a real estate investor, buying income-producing properties for both short-term and long-term leases. Additionally I owned a flipping company, buying distressed properties and bringing them back to their former glory. In 2016 I married my beautiful wife Amy, and we decided we wanted to start a family. We wanted to take a few years to ourselves before having kids and go on an adventure, so I retired from appraising in 2017, closing the 5 companies that I owned at the time, and my wife and I moved to California to hike and explore some of the most incredible terrain we'd ever seen. While in quarantine in 2020, my wife and I learned we were going to be parents. Once our baby girl (Josie) arrived, we couldn't wait to get back to the Southeast to be around friends and family. After satisfying my call to the wild, I was also ready to get back to my first love...real estate. I decided to become a commercial real estate professional so I could help others on their journey to find a place they could call home.
