I work with a diverse client base, which keeps what I do interesting and fun. From experienced sellers/buyers who want a fresh approach from their agent, first time buyers, sellers who want high-touch service, probate listing, trust sales, REO/Bank-Owned, Short Sales, move-up buyers/sellers, move-down buyers sellers.

My clients recently competed against 25 offers on a property. We were not the highest price, but because of how we prepped our clients and how we created a strong bond with the listing agent at the out set, my clients were able to increase there offer and win, without any other party being counter offered. We are now listing their house to achieve similarly amazing results.

I was in the market to buy and was really turned off by the process. This was in 2004, and the Internet was starting to change the game. I got licensed that year with a commitment to embrace technology and the sharing of information, so my clients can make their best decisions.
