I have used discount "realtors" at times that will list your home and take a few pictures and that is about it. Never again. Sally French is full service that is worth every bit of the commission. Sally did a wonderful job listing, staging and selling our home. She knew it would fit the needs of one of her other clients, which it did, and it only took a few days until it was under contract. She gave us great advice about what items to store before she staged the house, and she kept us informed about when showings were scheduled, always taking our preferences into account. Because she lives in the community and is completely familiar with the market, Sally was able to advise us about pricing that would be appropriate, and she provided us with lists of packers, movers, cleaners, etc., which we took advantage of.
