We have moved a few times in our lives and the process shepherded by Sally French made this the most organized, professional, and least painful experience for us (lets face it, moving is hugely disruptive even when youre excited to move). Sally approached the process in a logical data driven manner. She met with us, discussed our needs, walked through our house, and was very reasonable about what needed to be done for staging. She had contacts for things like carpets and painting. Her staging team was respectful and creative. They staged the house in a way that was photogenic and yet livable. And the photos were amazing! Pricing is always stressful but Sally provided many local comparisons and talked about houses that moved quickly vs not. She talked honestly and without judgement about the pros and cons of our home and we arrived at a fair price that was a winner for us and the local market. Our house sold quickly and Sally was present and engaged for the entire process. We moved out of state and she even talked with our out of state realtor to help coordinate the process. Importantly, when any questions came up, Sally was always available to sit and talk through possible approaches and solutions. I lost track of all the ways that she made our lives easier -- suggestions for what to renovate before the sale, connections to all of her great contractors, getting us all the right paperwork so we could avoid getting taxed as out-of-state sellers -- she had all the right resources to make selling our father's house so easy during a difficult time for us. Since we didn't live nearby, she even coordinated with the contractors to let them into the house, personally guided the landscapers for the yard cleanup before the house went on the market, even sent me direct online links to buy new light fixtures so I didn't have to think about what would work best in the different rooms. The house looked STUNNING and the marketing materials were luxe and compelling. My dad would have been absolutely amazed at how well the home showed, thanks to Sally! Not only were Sally's recommendations and pricing of the home spot on, but it also resulted in a bidding war which allowed us to sell for FAR over the list price and in under a week!!! ?? I still can't get over how easy she made all of this for us, even though we were grieving our father and doing a lot of hard work to donate an entire household and lifetime of possessions. She was very responsive in meeting me and going through recommendations to maximize the market value of our residential home which was in need of major updates.She has a vast network of people to help support this beyond the normal expectations of putting the home on the market. She helped me with prioritizing and determining the lowest cost to invest in the home improvements (paint, lights, bathroom and kitchen) with a home designer. When I needed to replace the roof, she provided me with a very reasonable contractor to do the job for half the cost of quotes I received. She referred an electrician who did a great job doing an inspection to find issues that needed to be corrected.She also was a true partner in the renovation of the home which took 4 months. She actually represented me in working the kitchen design and upgrade and even picked out and bought the fixtures since I was out of town. She drove in the snow/freezing rain to meet with the countertop vendor and other suppliers and meet with me and my contractor as we progressed through several major renovations. She guided me through the HOA requirements for conforming to standards for selling the home and even attended the settlement. ZillowVERIFIED In 2009, my husband and I met Sally as she assisted us in finding our started home. I took so many requests to her, and she was able to find us the home we always wanted. She was patient, knowledgeable, but most importantly, she was HONEST. She did not allow us to get in over our heads, and even suggested we look for a home below the price we were approved for. She was tenacious and ensured we were happy. Fast forward to 2016--my husband and I had children and outgrew our townhouse. We were ready to find a single-family home. We knew who to call--Sally! Once again, Sally came with her wealth of knowledge and expertise, just as she did several years prior. She paid to have our townhouse staged for us. She communicated with us every step of the way with the sale of our townhouse, guiding us and suggesting what we needed to do to get showings. In the first week on the market we had over 20 showings, and it sold in less than a month! As we looked for a single-family, Sally again honored our requests and made herself available to take us near and far on showings! Sally is a very thoughtful woman. She even showed up with chocolate and treats for our kids on St. Patrick's Day!
