ZillowVERIFIED Kerry gets all 5 stars and that is because Kerry gets it. Sometimes people dont have the time or desire to follow through especially when your in a hurry to sell your house. Kerry makes it happen and walks you through the process and is there with the right amount of help (contractors or otherwise) to get the house up and sold. The house was on the market for 5 days and sold but that doesnt tell the story of how it got there in the best shape possible. I was engaged in all the steps and at times lost track - she got me on track and the house (49 years with a single owner) got sold. Thanks Kerry.

Kerry represented us and worked with a close friend in selecting the best deal in an area she is very familiar with (Montgomery County, MD). She went way beyond any expectation we had working with us and the seller. It was clear her objective here was NOT making a quick sale but getting us the best possible deal on the best possible home within our budget. ZillowVERIFIED My experience with her has been great I called her up to look at a property, which she was really great with knowing the market area zip code by zip code the pros and cons of each one. I also had some other property out of state, I was having trouble finding a responsible hard working agent to list it. They were are all to lazy and slow for me. Some never even returned my call. Within three days she found one of the top selling people in my out of state area 1,500 miles away and I got that property on the market. I am sure she will pinpoint exactly what I want to buy in the local market mostly already has and I have done it all over the phone with no wasted time of mine or hers.

ZillowVERIFIED Kerry Roth is inept and verges on the unethical. I do not recommend her. She does not put her client's interest first. Kerry Roth encouraged me to offer more than the asking amount and never told me that I could use an elevation clause instead. She tried to make me sign a contract that would require me to pay her a fee if I decided not to use her as my agent and bought a house without her assistance. She also tried to tell me that a counter offer was an offer that I had to accept. Fortunately I have a law degree and knew better. I did not accept the counter offer, I fired her and found a wonderful agent and bought my dream home.
