ZillowVERIFIED Jim was referred to me and was a pleasure to work with. He spent time reviewing listings with me and I never felt rushed. He kept in touch on evenings, weekends, and even while he was out of town on vacation which was above and beyond what I expected. Even after closing he was available to help, my tub spout broke off (the seller agreed to fix it and did a poor job) and Jim contacted the seller and they sent someone to fix it even though I am sure they didnt have to. I am very happy with my new home and the process was so easy.

ZillowVERIFIED Jim Resnick is a celebrity in the Greenfields condominium neighborhood. He has sold a lot of homes there. I personally noticed how hard he works when he sold one of my neighbors house. He did an open house every Sunday till that house sold for the exact price he listed it for. I saw his determination and i have never seen any agent so dedicated to their client like the way Jim is to his clients. My wife and I knew that he was the only agent we can go with. When it was time to sell our house, I called Jim for the first time and immediately, he wanted to go to work for me. He was truly knowledgable, extremely pleasant and very patient with my wife and I. He treated our house like it was his own. My wife and I was very impressed. We moved out of the house and were living 20 minutes away from the house when we listed it. It was during the winter time when the house came on the market and with snow on the ground, people would come look at the house and make the hardwood floor very dirty and Jim took it upon himself to clean up the floor for us. He checked on the house for us at all times. The house was under contract within 6 days. This is typical for Jim and that is one of the many reasons why we needed Jim. During the time the house was under contract, he kept in constant communication with me on everything that was happening behind the scenes. My confidence level with Jim has always been at 100% and before i was only going based on what I have seen based on the houses he has sold in my neighborhood but now that I was working with him, my confidence level went from 100% to 1000% instantly. He made sure we got even more than we asked for on our house. He made sure the house appraised for the amount the buyer was willing to pay for the house. He made sure the bank the buyer was using will finance the purchase. He made sure of too many things that i couldnt keep track. Overall, we sold our house for more than we could have ever imagined and in the shortest time even with the high condo fees. I would highly recommend Jim Resnick to anyone with any situation because he is the type that comes in with a plan and knows exactly how to get the work done. Thank you very much Jim. My wife and I couldnt have done it without you. No one else wouldve been able to do what you did for us. The world need more of you.

We had many realtor choices, but we picked Jim since we had many conversations over the years while living in Germantown. We would often see Jim, as he walked the neighbor dropping off informative flyers.After we signed the listing agreement with Jim, his expertise went to work for us.Jim took many pictures for the sales flyer and Jim also created a video tour of our house...highlighting the features he thought would attract the buyers we were looking for. Jim was always available thru text, email or a phone call and very responsive. He promptly answered and addressed all of our concerns/questions and even the ones with the smallest of details.
