Joy Sullivan was our initial contact but due to a last minute personal matter, she was unable to show us the condos and Clarke filled in for her. We were up front with Clarke that we were only looking and may not be buying anything for a couple years as we were not going to be living there full time. It was just going to be a vacation condo for us and we also wanted to rent the unit out when we were not using it. That did not seem to matter to Clarke. Clarke was very professional and knowledgeable on the whole process. She was also very informative about the area as well as she had grown up there. That was in September. Then we contacted Clarke via email and asked her to set up some more viewings as we decided to go back in January. The day we met her, she had several units scheduled for us to view in different complexes we asked but she also said she had just seen a "pop-up" that morning and would see if we could view it also that day. And we did. We liked the unit so much we told her to make an offer on it for us. After returning home, Clarke was in constant contact with us via email or phone. Unfortunately, the owners decided not to sell so we just told Clarke to keep an eye out for us as she knew exactly what we were looking for. Then around March she contacted us and said the unit was back on the market and wanted to know if we were still interested. We closed on the unit in May. Clarke kept on top of things and made sure things got done in a timely manner. She even came to our closing even though she had just had a baby a couple weeks before that. We would definitely recommend her.
