ZillowVERIFIED Susan was amazing from day one she made me feel comfortable about buying a new house and she was always very professional talking to her or meeting her for her to show me a listing. She would take the time to answer my questions or any concerns that I might of had on the listing. I would differently recommend Susan if your in the market for a new house or if your trying to sell your present house. Very Professional

ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed a few realtors and immediately decided Susan was the one - professional, decisive, informed and kind. She literally sold our house after 10 hours on the market. Selling a house can be a stressful time and Susan was a wonderful partner who kept the communication flowing!

Holy cow. Susan did an absolutely amazing job for me. I had no knowledge of local realtors and was led to Susan through FSBO (For Sale By Owner). I could not have been more pleased. We ran into many delays and complications due to the financing company my buyer was using. It all came down to the 13th+ hour. And Susan stood strong and hung right in there with me. You will NOT go wrong if you select her to represent your property - or stand by your side as a buyer.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan was very good at locating potential buyers and was quick to turn down offers with our approval that were too low. When another relator contacted her with an offer Susan was able to negotiate a price that was higher than the beginning offer and closer to the asking price. We were very happy with her excellent help and advise and she made the sale and closing transaction very smooth and simple. We recommend her with great confidence!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan did so well for us on purchasing a home when we moved to Illinois, we insisted on having her sell our home when we moved away from Illinois. Everything she did for us was top notch & very professional. On a personal level, she is a very kind and caring person. We enjoyed having her as our realtor.
