Our experience with Jacob Khodakov was excellent. His knowledge, dedication, and commitment to helping us close successfully exceeded our expectations. From day one, Jacob was approachable, kind, and attentive. We explained that we wanted to sell my parents home while also working around some specific requirements and coordinating everything with the purchase of their new home in Pennsylvania. He got right to work, and within just a few days, we had an offer that met the criteria my parents were looking for. The entire contract period was easy to navigate, and Jacob and his team guided us through every step. We closed quickly and without any hiccups, and throughout the whole process, we felt supported and taken care of. Thank you, Jacob, for helping us through this transitional time and for being so generous with your time, knowledge, and expertise. You gave us a 5/5 experience, and we would absolutely recommend you to anyone looking for a great real estate agent!

We used Jacob not only to sell our home but to also purchase a new home. Jacob had priced our house just right that it sold within 3 days! Finding a new home was a challenge since we were being picky but Jacob was very patient with us & our last minute calls to see any homes. Jacob was always available to answer any questions we may have had no matter how trivial they may have.

Jacob guided us through the entire process from start to finish and did an excellent job marketing our property. Our initial weekend of open houses had a great turnout, and we received an offer shortly afterward. Jacob was extremely attentive, professional, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Jacob to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate professional.

Jacob and his team did a great job helping us with selling our house. They provided guidance throughout the entire process from putting it on the market to closing. They are very knowledgeable and responsive to our many questions.

Working with Jacob was great. He was a true professional and friend. I appreciated his flexibility and patience while working with me, as I was relocating from another state. He helped me purchase a home I'm very happy with. Id highly recommend him.
