Penny was in constant contact with me via email and text; she was always prompt and early when showing listings, and she always picked up my calls or called back promptly whenever she wasn't available. Penny is very knowledgeable about the market, the area, and other areas outside what she would typically cover.Additionally, Penny was a tremendous help during my purchasing process by answering my questions or concerns, which made it easier for me. What impressed me the most about Penny, was how she stayed on top of all requests involved in the process and the closing timeline. ZillowVERIFIED If you are not working with Penny Vincek and Nanette Zolnoski as your realtors you probably could do better. My husband I worked with Penny and Nanette when we sold our home in Freehold and could not have been more thrilled with their services. They know the Central New Jersey market really well, they know how to sell houses and they are super communicative. They arranged a professional photo shoot of our home and did a mass mailing of photo cards to attract buyers. They also held a brokers lunch. They advised us each time a home went on the market and sold in our neighbor which was helpful context to understand where our house and its pricing stood with respect to others. This was all great but their skills really showed when we went under contract with the worlds most unfortunate buyers and their absentee realtor. Penny, in particular, was massively helpful and massively professional in dealing with the buyers unreasonable demands and non-responsiveness. There were at least four occasions in the sale process when we expected the deal to fall apart and it is because of Pennys great effort that we managed to close once in for all. Feel free to ask her about how she stayed in our house all day - without even a chair to sit in since we had already moved our belongings aEUR" to accommodate the buyers zillionth need for a contract inspection.
