ZillowVERIFIEDWe recently sold our family home of 29 years with the help and expertise of our realtor, Jay Gumnitz. He was always there to answer our questions and guided us ever step of the way in a process unfamiliar to us but second nature to him. He was professional, precise steadfast and caring. Thanks to Jay we had a successful and uncomplicated experience in selling our home!

ZillowVERIFIED I got Jay's post card knowing nothing about him but he caught me at the right time when I was ready to sell. I gave him a call and the rest is history. He guided me through the process from start to finish and took all of the stress out of the selling experience. I highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED When you work with Jay Gumnitz you truly are working with the best. My wife and I got Jays contact from a friend who had rave reviews and after meeting him we knew right away we were dealing with a seasoned professional. In this day and age where everyone is a real estate expert it was refreshing to get in depth local knowledge as well as in-time industry trends from someone who knows what they are talking about. We initially thought about selling but realized renting would be ideal for our situation. Jay was able to get us an amazing tenant and went above and beyond in helping us navigate the CCO process with the town which is never easy. As a professional myself who values relationships and client experience I can say without a doubt that Jay Gumnitz is #1 for a reason and we are delighted to be writing this review.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Jay was a 10/10. He is knowledgeable, professional, patient and proficient in his field. He always kept me updated and his communication was continually on point. Both buying a home and selling a home was stressful but thanks to Jays guidance and support we were successful on both ends. A huge thank you to Jay for all his time and hard work, we could of never done it without you!

ZillowVERIFIED Ive been working with Jason for my whole real estate experience. He helped me and my wife with our first home purchase. And then later sold that home and purchased our dream home. He is the most transparent and responsive individual that I know. He is great at what he does, and will do whatever it takes to make his clients happy. If youre looking for a home to buy or sell, Jay is your guy. He will make your dream home a reality. Its been a pleasure working with him.

ZillowVERIFIED After working with three different realtors we finally followed a recommendation to reach out to Jay. Boy, are we happy we did! His professionalism, knowledge and most importantly PATIENCE; Set him apart from all of the other realtors we talked to and worked with. Jay was honest and always geared us in the right direction as first time homebuyers. He guided us every step of the way and promptly answered every single one of my thousands of phone calls and texts! Thank you again Jay for all your help and we cant wait to work with you again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Despite his busy life and business, Jason Gumnitz was available for us at all times. In the time of the pandemics, he was able to meet us and shaw us some open houses even if it was out of his district with compassion and patients. His professionalism, knowledge and honesty was beyond any buyer would ask for. Jay would comment and give us his feedback every time we would go check houses in regard of the community, building construction, appliances condition, etc. he also would go beyond the property sale price and negotiate with the price that is comfortable and working for us. I highly recommend Jay to anyone whoever looking to buy or sell their houses. And to you Jay, I never formally thanked you for everything that you did to help us out, however this review was the least I can do to shaw appreciations.

ZillowVERIFIED Jay Gumnitz is the best! I originally reached out to Jay over a year ago after being referred to him through two of our common friends. That turned out to be a great decision as my wife and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Jay. He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. He was honest and forthright- no games. He was available each and every time I reached out and I know that isn't easy during this crazy market. I have already referred Jay to several friends and will continue to do so.

ZillowVERIFIED Jay Gumnitz is a very professional real estate agent who listened to our specific wants and needs. Since we are from out of town, his knowledge about Central New Jersey area was most helpful. Jay did not waste our time looking at property that had no potential to meet our requirements. We highly recommend for all your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I learned about Jay Gumnitz from my sister in Law who had an unbelievable experience in selling her home with Jay. Jay sold their house in 3 days with 24 offers above asking price. Jay did an outstanding job in Marketing and Selling our home. Jay was able to negotiate a price, way above list. His knowledge and market sense are second to none. He is the most responsive professional that I have ever had a pleasure in dealing with. He texts, emails and answers his phone 24/7. I am now proud to call Jay my realtor for life, but in the process Jay became a great friend. If you are thinking of selling or buying a property, I would highly recommend Jay. I know that he will do an outstanding job for you as he did for me. I am grateful that Jay was on our side.

ZillowVERIFIED Theres a reason he is legitimately one of the top agents in NJ- hustle and attention to detail like Ive not see before. Followed up all viewings to check on what went right , wrong and any likes or dislikes on the part of potential buyers . Was constantly tuned into the local market and any changes in prices were noted . His tone was considerate and patient . Ive bought and sold over 10 houses in multiple states and this was by far the best experience .

ZillowVERIFIED Unbelievable experience in selling our childhood home!! He worked through all the details and after the 1st buyer fell through he was able to work out details with selling the home that brought us so many memories! If you are looking to buy or sell and want to have someone who knows what he is doing you shouldn't even think twice of reaching out. I can promise you, you will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED He conducted himself in a professional manner, expedited sale timely and efficiently. When I required his contact, he responded as needed. He was responsible and reliable during this pandemic, holding our meeting outside socially distanced and assisted in all the challenges that arose for me in this different new normal, where people are wearing ppe to enter your home.
