From the very beginning, Rosemary was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and approachable. She was always available to answer questions, explain what was happening, and provide guidance when we needed it. Selling a home and purchasing another at the same time is not always an easy process, and there were definitely some challenges along the way, but Rosemary was there every step of the way to help smooth things over and keep everything moving forward. When we sold my aunts home, we had to deal with the removal of an underground oil tank, which added another layer of complexity to the transaction. RoseMary made sure we had all of the information we needed, stayed on top of the process, and consistently communicated with our real estate attorneys as well as the other agent involved. Her attention to detail and follow-through gave us tremendous peace of mind. Rosemary then helped my aunt find and purchase her condo in the Covered Bridge community in Manalapan. Even after the purchase, she continued to go above and beyond to make sure nothing was overlooked. Her communication was never lacking, and we always felt like we had someone in our corner who genuinely cared about getting everything done correctly. What stands out most about Rosemary is that she doesnt just do the job of a realtor. She takes ownership of the process, anticipates what needs to happen next, and makes herself available when you need her. Her professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine kindness made a complicated transition so much easier for both my aunt and me. We are incredibly grateful for everything Rosemary did for us and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. She truly went above and beyond, and we could not have asked for a better realtor!

Rosemarie DiPasquale guided my wife and I as if we were truly her own family members. My wife and myself look back at this experience and cant help but smile. Rosemarie sold our house and found us our home. You want a realtor to be open and honest with you not one who is in the realtor business just to make money. We could have made a terrible decision by purchasing a higher priced house and of course Rosemarie would have gotten more of a commission, but luckily for us Rosemarie isnt selling home just for business she truly wants whats best for her clients. Rosemarie is and will always be open and 100 percent honest with her clients and puts them first, she seen that we were maybe going to put ourselves into a situation with this home that may give us a problem later on and asked that we truly continue to look at other homes, homes that were less In cost but would work better for my family and our situation and its something that we will always be grateful for.
