ZillowVERIFIED Cant sing Jacobs praises high enough. Best agent! Came in contact randomly but we were surely in the best hands. Very knowledgable and had an answer for all of our questions. Also very responsive throughout the whole process. You can tell he has a lot of experience. Also just a kind human and not pushy throughout the process, doesnt hover, gives you enough privacy during home tours to have private conversations with your partner. Really feel we had the dream team for our first home purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob presented me with a very impressive sales presentation when I interviewed him to sell my property. We discussed sales strategies and his thoughts and experience with multi family. He sold me. I received 3 offers within a few weeks of showings. I went with the strongest one and Jacob nurtured it up to closing. His calm demeanor helped along the way during inspections, etc but I let him handle it all and it got done. Would definitely recommend him and will use him for my next sale.

ZillowVERIFIED Professionalism, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, patience, well-mannered are few of the many words I can identify Jacob. Not to mention he's cool and an easy person to talk to. Even after work, he will avail himself to address our questions. From day one, Jacob and his team walk us through the process of selling our house and constantly searching for a new home we can purchase all at the same time with precise instructions. He even recommended the right persons to handle the mortgage and the attorney. Well-oiled teamwork between them. The transaction for both houses, although time consuming and sometimes pressured, went so smoothly and even timed both houses to close same day. Look no further, Jacob and his team are the perfect for the job. We are 100% satisfied with the way he handled from start to closing. Highly recommended and great job Jacob. Looking forward to deal with you again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob helped us make a smart pricing decision when selling our home which led to 40 families attending our open house, multiple offers, and an accepted offer that was $60k over asking. He was a pleasure to work with, even though it was brief on the sale side since he got us under contract with a buyer in like 3 days! In terms of our purchase, without Jacob, this purchase would never have happened for a number of reasons. First of all, he found us an off-market property that was our dream home in our dream neighborhood at a very fair price. Secondly, he navigated what ended up being a difficult 6-month close with extreme patience and kept the deal intact when both sides struggled to handle the transaction due to a number of factors. Jacob was both empathic and even-keeled, which is very important, especially in situations like the ones we found ourselves in. Jacob is a major asset in any real estate transaction he is involved in, highly recommend!
