We cant say enough good things about Buzz Moran! He took over our listing from another agent (who was on maternity leave) at the very worst possible time - right at the beginning of the COVID-19 shutdown. Though the market was slow with open houses disallowed, he worked tirelessly within the constraints of the pandemic, was optimistic, and communicated promptly and often. After other agents left lights on and doors unlocked, Buzz went to our home after every showing to make sure everything was in order. He had creative ideas on how best to present our home and what kind of buyer would appreciate its character. He knows people-psychology but never lowered himself to manipulative tactics or pressure.
