I felt very comfortable when meeting Brian and felt that he had the experience and background to handle my home sale. As in any real estate business there were pending deals that fell through but Brandon stayed on course and brought the house to a final sale. The only problem I felt could have been improved was through the legal offices used during each settlement. No communication when one settlement fell through. Not a fault of the Realtor and any communication would have been greatly appreciated. Tried to send Brian a statue of St. Joseph to help him with any future "evil spirits" he might encounter in future home sales. Wishing Brian all good wishes in his future endeavors.

The second purchase was probably the 140th that we viewed, and Buzz never griped or complained. His exact words were "You were right not to buy any of the other ones, they weren't right for you." Throughout both the purchase and sale processes, he has consistently shown that he knows the market and how I fit into it at any point in time. Whether discussing prospective buyers for my listed property, or the owners of my purchased properties, his experience in the industry has taught him to forecast the movements on both sides. He knew who was going to buy my house long before it was sold; he knew what offer I needed to extend to have my current home purchased, even though I insisted that offer be different.
