I felt very comfortable when meeting Brian and felt that he had the experience and background to handle my home sale. As in any real estate business there were pending deals that fell through but Brandon stayed on course and brought the house to a final sale. The only problem I felt could have been improved was through the legal offices used during each settlement. No communication when one settlement fell through. Not a fault of the Realtor and any communication would have been greatly appreciated. Tried to send Brian a statue of St. Joseph to help him with any future "evil spirits" he might encounter in future home sales. Wishing Brian all good wishes in his future endeavors.
