Keller Williams Realty MEtropolitan

Tyishia stepped up when my last realtor stepped out. I trust her wholeheartedly to keep me apprised of the local market and my options for buying and selling. I recommend her for any consultation or transaction.

David was a fantastic real estate agent every step of the way. Countless visits to my house before selling and fast response to any calls or texts. He provided recommendations of how to prep to sell, honest communication about the real estate market, and realistic expectations of how much the property was worth. I would strongly recommend David Hansen!

David was kind and extremely helpful while selling our home. He answered all our questions quickly. He was able to sell the home quickly. We would recommend him.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with David. He has now assisted me with both selling my previous condo and purchasing my new home, and his knowledge, professionalism, and guidance have been invaluable throughout both transactions. Selling my condo during the winter months, when the real estate market can be particularly challenging, was no easy task. Davids experience and guidance helped me successfully navigate that process. More recently, purchasing my new condo presented an entirely different set of challenges, particularly with the strict HOA requirements and financing restrictions. His understanding of these complexities, attention to detail, and willingness to work through obstacles made an otherwise stressful process much easier. What I appreciated most was having someone I could trust to provide knowledgeable advice and look out for my best interests. Buying or selling a home is one of lifes biggest financial decisions, and having the right realtor truly makes all the difference. I am incredibly grateful for Davids assistance through both experiences and would highly recommend David to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Five starts are well deserved!

Kate is amazing! She made the entire process very easy for us as first-time buyers, and her knowledge of the market and attention to detail is second to none. We absolutely recommend Kate for anyone looking to buy or sell in New Hampshire!
