I just want to post a few very positive words about my experience working with David Hansen on the purchase of a house. I met David a year ago when he helped me with learning about the Nashua and Salem areas of Southern New Hampshire (and helped me identify a home to rent for a year). That positive interaction naturally led to my seeking him out again this spring when I decided to move forward with a house purchase. The experience was excellent. I have had eight realtor experiences now (six in the last ten years) and some of them left me quite disappointed in the process. But working with David was so easy and so beneficial. He is an outstanding realtor, but he also is very level headed, and has great insight and knowledge. We ramped up rather slowly with David helping me identify possible neighborhoods to consider, and then providing a constantly updating search on houses that met my qualifications and were located in the areas we had chosen. David had to put up with me constantly peppering him with questions and he always was willing to answer and to educate, as well as to make beneficial suggestions on certain issues. The market was a sellers market, but we were able to find a great place, and I feel we got it at a reasonable price due to Davids knowledge and thoughts about the market and the particular house. David initially walked through the house with me when I indicated interest and was very helpful with his thoughts and suggestions on the bidding. And then all during the negotiation process he constantly guided me so I didnt make a single misstep. I cant say enough good things about my experience working with David Hansen. I highly recommend him.

I was matched with Jason through Veterans United and I couldnt be happier with the service from start to finish. We were purchasing our first home using a VA loan so there were a lot of unknowns to navigate through and Jason lead us through the process seamlessly. We could have not of gone through the house buying process without Jason. As first time homebuyers we were new to the process and Jason spent the time to thoroughly go through everything with us and answer any questions we had. I worked with Kate in the summer of 2025, closing on a home in Nashua, NH. Having moved from MA to NH, and finding the "rules" a bit different, it was great to have a professional to help us navigate the contract process. This included negotiating multiple extensions, as well as advising us with regard to important details to ensure we were adequately informed, (such as title searches, utility companies, radon, pests and recommending a Title Company to handle the closing). She coordinated access to the home with the selling broker as well, ultimately taking a lot of the administrative pieces off my plate. Kate is friendly, informed, professional and knowledgeable about the NH market, which was very important to me and the reason I chose to work with her vs. someone that solely handles things via the internet.
