Review My husband and I reached a big milestone in April of 2021. We bought our first home together! And to our disbelief, it was quick and easy - all thanks to Ann Bennett. Ann helped us dive right into the market once we were ready to go, constantly providing listings for us to check out in areas that suited our wants and needs. Ann didnt waste time and set up as many showings as we were willing to go to, and was with us every step of the way. In less than a month, we found the perfect house to make an offer on. Ann was straightforward, honest, and realistic with our options, and made the best recommendation to make our offer stand out - and it worked. Our offer was accepted! I cant express how great it felt to have the piece of mind Ann was able to give my husband and I throughout the entire process. Not once were we questioning whats next, and we never felt uninformed. Ann ensured that we were ready to close, and kept in constant contact to even help us set up our utilities! If we needed a referral for something to get us ready for Closing Day, Ann knew the right person. She didnt miss a beat. Review The word that describes Ann Bennett is "Godsend".The home that we own in NH was being rented out, and we found out, with very little notice, that our tenant of the last 6 years was moving out. There was much to be done, and no time to waste. We were very fortunate to be introduced to Ann and she took the lead with the entire process. Using her contacts, we were able to get the home cleaned, re-painted, repaired, etc. in record time. Ann was a tremendous resource, giving us her opinion on what needed to be done, and she provided several quotes for the work that needed to be done, and helped us choose the appropriate providers. Once the work was close to finished, Ann arranged for viewings and quickly got us several very good applications to rent. From start to finish, Ann was a professional and was a joy to work with. I whole-heartedly recommend Ann for your real estate needs in the New Hampshire area.

Review Three and a half years of patience, persistence and guidance resulted in the development of a strategy that culminated in the sale of our home in three days at the targeted goal. The market definitely had something to do with that, but, being ready for the market and being well positioned to take advantage of the market when it came lies exclusively with Ann Bennett. Please, don't be misled, the accolades and recommendation that follow are unrelated to the fact that the property sold. We all understood that in spite of everything that we all did (from the plan to the work), the timing might not be right and the property might not sell aEUR|. and everyone was satisfied with that outcome as well. Our recommendation of Ann is based upon her skill, persistence, calm and commitment, not the outcome. Ann provided thoughtful and thorough guidance on what the home needed, what added value and what did not add value in preparing the home for the market (never spend a dollar that will not result in more than a dollar of impact), how to stage the home in a manner so that potential buyers could envision themselves in the home. In the three years that we worked together we also shopped for our next home. It was easy to tell the difference between the homes that were well prepared to show and ready for the market and those that were not. Based upon our buying experience, even in a very hot market, the homes that werent ready didnt sell. Further, Ann provided excellent feedback and guidance when there were offers, through the appraisal process and home inspection process and the closing. Please do not believe that the work ends when an offer is accepted. Thats just the first step, you dont cross the finish line until the check is in hand. The other process pieces are critical and must be well managed so that you as the seller can make the best possible decisions and reach the finish line. Review We were very fortunate to have had Ann Bennett as our realtor when selling our house.Ann was wonderful to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and gave lots of suggestions, directions and insight to us to prepare the property for sale. She also has a large database to work with in reference to contacts that could assists in the preparation process based of a persons needs in selling their property. For example, we needed help to clean out the house, garage, moving furniture, disposing of unwanted items, etc. She made arrangements and scheduled with various companies to help us accomplished the above tasks so that our deadline for closing would be met.Ann worked hand-and-hand with us during the entire process, providing necessary documents for signatures, statements, following up on status of things, need of additional help, working with the title company, inspection and appraisal of the house, lawyers, etc. to make sure all necessary requirements were met.Ann and her team are highly recommended. She worked non-stop through the entire process (even when she was on vacation she was 100% accessible). She is calm, kind, understanding, encouraging & helpful. She treated all parties involved in both transactions with dignity and compassion. Her knowledge of legal processes and procedures most certainly helps while negotiationing and working to close a deal. The selling of my home almost fell through due to an issue on the buyer's end. I was looking for something very specific and hard to come by in this area. Ann was there with me all the way. With sound advice and guidance, she help me to make the right decision. She has a great working knowledge of the area and of real estate prices, and as an added bonus her knowledge of legal matters gave me great peace of mind when signing contracts. I found her to be not only very knowledgeable, but pleasant and easy to work with as well. She was very accommodating to me and my crazy schedule... more than I could ask or expect. And if thats not enough, my 4 year old granddaughter (who was often stuck tagging along with me) fell in love with Ann the day they met. Kids dont make that stuff up. Review I highly recommend Ann. She was fantastic from start to finish.My situation was kind of unique in that I had to sell my home in order to settle part of a divorce agreement. I had to meet with more than one realtor to have Competitive Market Analysis reports done in order to satisfy my exs lawyer. The reports all came back similar so I was able to choose which realtor to go with. Without a doubt, I chose Ann. I liked her right from the start. She was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable but most importantly, to me personally, she was just as concerned (if not more so) about finding a place for me to live as she was in selling my house. I cant say the same for the other realtors. Granted, I had to find a place to rent and that would take a big dog rather than purchase a house but that didnt stop Ann from helping me find a place.Ann was very considerate of any tension between myself and my ex and she was great about communicating to each of us individually and keeping everyone informed of the stages of the sale as we went along. She made sure we each had a copy of the necessary paperwork, that the lawyer had what he needed and she treated both of us with respect, kindness and remained professionally neutral with the two of us. I look forward to working with Ann again when I'm ready to purchase another house.

I was selling my house and to relocate to another country. So I got Ann involve as soon as I had everything planned out. Ann was very organize and she clearly explain every single step to me in a extremely professionally friendly manner. The day I left the house I had to catch a red eye international flight with my 2 year old, so I was really nervous and busy. Thanks to Ann, the house became the last thing for me to worry about. The whole selling process was handled via video calls and emails. At the same time, there was also a web page where I can get the most up to date information about the process, all the important dates are clearly marked and explained. There were some issue with the buyer side and I was nevet forced into any decision yet I was also given tons of helpful knowledge of the situation being. Ann waz not your traditional real estate agent, she is beyond professional. How often do you run into a business person who truly care about you and your families' well being. Review I was selling my home and was referred to Ann by my divorce lawyer. I was going through a very painful divorce and to say Ann was supportive was an understatement. When you have to clear a 12 room house of 30 years of memories, it can be daunting, but Ann made it easy by helping me ready the house in the least amount of time with the least amount of emotional pain. Her organizational skills are exemplary. When we had to have an electrician come by due to issues we had, Ann had just the right guy in her rolodex! Not only did he come and fix our issues - he came by at the last minute when we had a last minute issue before closing. The negotiation was something, once we had agreed upon price, that I did not to worry about. Ann set everything up and I all had to do was supply a phone number to get texts on for viewings. The process was really that easy and I was grateful for it's simplicity.In closing, I can't say enough good things about the experience I had with Ann Bennett, her husband, contractor Eric and the team she has around her. She made what had been a very painful and dreaded process less hard. I would strongly suggest you give her a call, as she will do, I'm sure, the same for you.
