Gregory McCarthy

I've been helping buyers and sellers throughout Southern New Hampshire since 1999. As the owner of The McCarthy Group at Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan, I bring more than 27 years of real estate experience to my clients, including serving as Principal Broker of Keller Williams Metropolitan from 2016-2020.

Throughout my career, I've helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes and have been recognized among the nation's top real estate professionals through the RealTrends 1000, as published in The Wall Street Journal. I was recognized as an individual agent in 2015 and as part of a team in 2016.

My experience extends beyond traditional residential sales. I've been investing in real estate since 2001 and have firsthand experience with renovations, long-term rentals, short-term rentals, investment properties and estate sales. That background gives me a broader perspective when helping clients evaluate a property, understand their options and make informed decisions.

What I value most about this business is building long-term relationships. My goal is not simply to complete a transaction, but to provide straightforward advice and be a trusted real estate resource before, during and long after the sale.

Giving back to the community has also been an important part of my career. I currently serve on the Board of NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire and have served on its Resource Development Committee since 2014. My previous community involvement includes serving on the Board of the Boys & Girls Club of Manchester and the Keller Williams Metropolitan Charity Committee.

My wife Kim and I live in Hooksett, and our two sons are now young adults. We also share our home with a Goldendoodle and Bernedoodle. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me mountain biking, golfing, working in the yard or spending time at the beach.
