ZillowVERIFIED Dave was an outstanding realtor to work with for my first home purchase. I was looking for a uniquely specific property and had watched the market for a long time without a realtor. Once I started working with Dave, his expertise was a huge relief and help. He found an off-the-market property that fit the bill perfectly. His representation was clearly in my best interest. He helped me understand each step of the process and options I had, fielding many, many questions. He was consistently available, quickly responsive, and proactive in reaching out to me throughout the whole process. His service was excellent and I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED I just want to post a few very positive words about my experience working with David Hansen on the purchase of a house. I met David a year ago when he helped me with learning about the Nashua and Salem areas of Southern New Hampshire (and helped me identify a home to rent for a year). That positive interaction naturally led to my seeking him out again this spring when I decided to move forward with a house purchase. The experience was excellent. I have had eight realtor experiences now (six in the last ten years) and some of them left me quite disappointed in the process. But working with David was so easy and so beneficial. He is an outstanding realtor, but he also is very level headed, and has great insight and knowledge. We ramped up rather slowly with David helping me identify possible neighborhoods to consider, and then providing a constantly updating search on houses that met my qualifications and were located in the areas we had chosen. David had to put up with me constantly peppering him with questions and he always was willing to answer and to educate, as well as to make beneficial suggestions on certain issues. The market was a sellers market, but we were able to find a great place, and I feel we got it at a reasonable price due to Davids knowledge and thoughts about the market and the particular house. David initially walked through the house with me when I indicated interest and was very helpful with his thoughts and suggestions on the bidding. And then all during the negotiation process he constantly guided me so I didnt make a single misstep. I cant say enough good things about my experience working with David Hansen. I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED "Dave, I vetted four agents before selecting you to market my home. I choose you for a number of reasons. I have not had a real estate transaction in over 25 years. The "rules" have changed significantly. You were able to concisely explain the changes in terms I could understand. You presented a strategy for positioning the property and tactics to screen in/out prospective buyers. You were available to me during the entire process, calls were immediately and effectively handled. I was traveling overseas when the closing actually occurred. Once again, handled flawlessly. Thanks again for exceeding my very high expectations!"

ZillowVERIFIED We contracted David 2 months ago to negotiate a home sale and purchase, and I honestly could not be more happy about his work. He was thorough, personable, and responded to any questions we had quickly. He went above and beyond to assure that our process was as smooth as possible, and his negotiations were instrumental in getting us great value for our sale, and a reasonable price for the home we then bought. I would recommend him to anyone, and fully plan on using him again the next time we are selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Making Our Dream Come True Some people dont just help you buy a house aEUR" they help you build a home. For us, David was more than a real estate guide. He was a friend, a mentor, and someone who made sure we never felt alone in the process. What we have today isnt just a roof over our heads; its a place filled with love, warmth, and endless possibilities aEUR" all because he stood by us, every step of the way. Our journey with him began in the fall of 2022. We were moving from the Midwest to a new state aEUR" unfamiliar territory in every sense. To make things more challenging, we had to move in the middle of winter, and finding a home after relocating just wasnt feasible. But he didnt let that stop us. He found us the perfect condo aEUR" close to shopping, comfortable, and just a 5-minute drive from my spouses workplace. At a time when we felt overwhelmed, he brought us peace of mind. Then came 2024 aEUR" the year we dared to dream bigger. Once again, he was there, turning that dream into reality. Buying a home is no small feat, especially when youre navigating new territory. But every document, every inspection, every decision aEUR" he walked us through it all. He never rushed us, never pressured us. He patiently explained every step, answered every question (even the ones we asked twice), and made sure we felt confident in every choice we made. It wasnt just his knowledge that stood out aEUR" it was his heart. Hes patient, kind, and warm, but also incredibly sharp and professional. He knew when to offer reassurance and when to give us a gentle nudge forward. With him on our side, we never felt lost. Thanks to him, we now have something far greater than a house. We have a home. And for that, well always be grateful If youre looking for someone to help turn your dream into reality aEUR" someone who is professional, kind, honest, and one who doesnt mince words aEUR" look no further. He is someone you can truly count on.

ZillowVERIFIED We purchased a piece of property in Bennington NH - - -the seller was represented by David. Even though we knew that David was working for the seller I felt confident that he was honest and forthright. There were a few issues with the purchase that David handled promptly and with professionalism. All of my questions were answered and phone messages and text messages were promptly returned. David found me a great site development company to assist with the perc test. After the sale David followed up with me and offered assistance to find builders. I would strongly recommend David to prospective buyers OR sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED David Hansen recently helped my family with our estate home sale. The sale involved catering to out of state relatives who had an interest in the sale with a lot of questions. David Hansen did a remarkable job with a video presentation that described his marketing plans for the sale but most importantly the reasons for his suggestions. He was readily available throughout the process, always polite and trustworthy. I speak for my family when recommending him highly.

ZillowVERIFIED David Hansen was a tremendous buyer's broker for us. He is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. He responded quickly to our texts, emails and calls, and the excellent rapport he has established with other brokers meant that we were often able to view properties on short notice. It was very helpful to tap into David's wealth of knowledge to find contractors, inspectors, bankers and other professionals in the field. Conscientious and organized, he advised us in negotiating offers effectively and helped us to arrange all the details concerning the inspections and financing. When wrinkles arose, we felt connected and strongly supported. If we decide to buy another property in the Monadnock region, David will be the first person we call.

ZillowVERIFIED Met with David about two years ago. He knew from our emails that we were meeting with him under duress- that our home in PA had been destroyed during a storm, that I sustained an injury in the madness that night, that I had received knee surgery two days before traveling to NH, and that the day we met with him was our very first day in the state. He was disinterested in saying aEURoewelcomeaEUR? or anything of the sort, seemed surprised and annoyed that I couldnt walk onto snow to explore land, and had to rely on my partners word. We still bought overpriced land from David a few days later- from a contractor who ruined ours and many others lives. I wish I had trusted my intuition- didnt care for him at all.

ZillowVERIFIED A+++++++. We had a wonderful experience with David Hansen. He is not only a great realtor but truelly a great person. He is a man of God and his word is gold. He won't promise something that isn't true or tell you something just to make you like him. He sold our house at FULL ASKING PRICE!!! (41 Joseph Rd Salem NH 03079) He listened to what we wanted to do and his attention to detail was impeccable. From his photographer that he uses. Our pictures looked like HGTV. We wanted to change a couple things and his photographer came back that day. He was extremely friendly and thoughtful. The best at his job.! Not only is David wonderful but his fellow co-workers are as well. We really couldn't be more pleased. To top it off we sold our house to travel. He reached out to us many times after to see how we are doing and sent us extremely thoughtful gifts to help us enjoy our travels across the U.S. If you are looking for a stand up realtor with morals that are hard to find these days. He is absolutely it. Thank you David!!

ZillowVERIFIED I just want to say first that I am grateful that David was willing to work with us from out of state. He made sure that if not himself, someone on his team was able to do video tours for us. He was eager, responsive, and willing to get our requests for tours taken care of as well as being quick and knowledgeable in negotiating offers and prices, as well as making sure we received notifications on all available properties in the area we were looking at as well as with the parameters (filters) we desired in a house. Thanks David for helping us get into our new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Awesome experience working with David Hansen, as the seller's agent in Bedford NH. He was very knowledgeable to provide me guidance on pricing relative to current market conditions so as to meet my goals as a seller. His listing and connections had a lot of traffic come through and we had several offers, eventually working with an buyer whose needs lined up with ours. David provided needed guidance and help move the deal forward. He helped do the negotiations with buyers and protected me from making mistakes. He was super responsive, whenever i needed an answer. I met with several agents before i picked David, as i felt he was the right match for me and my house. It turned out to be a correct choice. David's flexibility, patience, knowledge, communication & connections turned out to be the differentiator for selling my house at the right time and right price. I would like to recommend David to future buyers - either as a seller or a buyer agent! Thank you David and team!!

ZillowVERIFIED Where can I begin?! David was not only an incredible Real Estate Professional, but also one of the greatest humans I've ever encountered in the service industry as a whole. He went out of his way to help with every aspect of the sale, which was slightly difficult as we ran into numerous roadblocks with the condo, but he never wavered in his commitment to help me sell the property. ZillowVERIFIED There are multiple traits that David demonstrated that made him stand out to me;Commitment, David was the only agent to stay in touch with me for multiple years after inquiring to agents in search for a home in the southern NH area. Patience, David navigated 10+ showings, my changing taste in housing and a last minute withdrawal with the same enthusiasm as when we first started the search. Integrity, David always gave me his honest impression on the outlook of a home while considering many factors. In a hot market he never gave me the impression he was trying to push me into a home by always considering my best interest. Additionally David was very knowledgeable about the entire process and has a good network of contacts in the financing and inspection realm that has proven invaluable.
