ZillowVERIFIED I had a fantastic experience working with Siobhan. She was recommended by a colleague and I now know why. She's very knowledgeable about the local real estate market and amenities in southern New Hampshire. She gave me a realistic point-of-view on what she has seen be successful in winning bids as a buyer, while giving me things to think about so I don't get into a bad situation. I would work with Siobhan again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Siobhan is a kind, caring, easy-going person. We sold our home of 40 years to move cross-country. When we got emotional she gave us a hug. When we got nervous about the process, she reassured us it would be fine. Any texts, emails, calls were answered quickly, thoughtfully, and completely. Her personality puts you at ease. Her knowledge makes you feel confident the process is going as it should and not to worry. Selling a home is stressful, but Siobhan made it easy. We highly recommend you choose her when selling your home. You won't be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Siobhan is amazing to work with. We found our dream home that we never imagined we would be able to have but Siobhan made it happen for us in one of the toughest markets. When she found out there were multiple bids on our dream home, she provided us with several scenarios and options to help our offer stand out from the rest. She is extremely knowledgeable! Siobhan worked very closely with our loan officer to ensure a stress-free experience for us and worked her magic from beginning to end. Siobhan is definitely our go-to and we highly recommend her.

Siobhan walked me through all the steps of the various processes while working with a demanding work schedule I had throughout this. I highly recommend her and her expertise as well as all those who work with her. If she can find me a home she'll find you yours!

ZillowVERIFIED Siobhan was a pleasure to work with through the whole home buying experience. I was pretty new to home buying, and she walked me through the whole process from start to finish. At the end of the day, she got me a home that had multiple other offers. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED When I started working with Siobhan, I had a tall order - help my wife and I relocate from California to New Hampshire within two months, and I only had a long weekend to fly in and look at houses. Further complicating matters were the fact that we were first time home buyers using a VA loan.Siobhan handled the situation perfectly - she quickly understood what sort of houses and communities would be a great fit for us, and helped us develop a shortlist of perfect homes. She then arranged showings for all of them over the course of a long weekend, so I could fly in and view them all.Siobhan really shines during the negotiation process. When we picked our perfect home and submitted an offer, we were competing with other bids. Siobhan was able to hone in on a price that kept us competitive, but within our budget. She has great advice on how to make your offer stand out without spending money. Our original offer was accepted thanks to her ability to work with the other agent.Siobhans recommended inspectors, loan officers, and other vendors were all top notch as well. When I mentioned that Siobhan sent me, they all mentioned what a great realtor she is to work with from their perspective. All in all, Siobhans reputation as a top agent in NH is well-earned. As a first time home buyer and veteran, I couldnt have asked for better service.

ZillowVERIFIED I have used a few realtors before to list my apartment units. But Siobhan brought it to a new level with the quality of tenant she brought in and the overall work she did to make sure everything was perfect. She was highly attentive to my needs and questions and made sure everything went through properly for the rental even though I was out of town during one of the signings.

ZillowVERIFIED Siobhan is one of the best. We worked with her to buy our 1st home 3 years ago, and to buy our forever home this past month, Sept. 2018. This time around, we were wanting to put an offer in on a home that Siobhan was honest with us about her not liking the house for us, and provide us with very valid and important reasons that we as buyers overlooked. That honesty led to us finding our perfect forever home.

ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough wonderful things about Siobhan. She helped me and my husband purchase our first home in 2012 and she made the process so easy and stress-free as first time homebuyers. When we decided to sell that house and purchase a new one it was a no brainer that we would hire her again. She remembered us the second we called her even after almost 6 years had passed. She even remembered that I had always wanted a colonial. But she really went above and beyond during the buying and selling process this time. She is incredibly creative and came up with some outstanding ideas that got us the most money for our house and the winning bid on our dream house (a colonial!) on the buying side in such a crazy competitive market. She walked us through every step of the process on both sides and was always there when we needed her. She is simply amazing!I should also mention that in addition to her unbelievable professionalism and knowledge of the local market, she is just the nicest and most personable woman. I can honestly say I will miss taking with her on a regular basis now. Everyone buying or selling a house should hire Siobhan. You will thank your lucky stars that you did!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Siobhan was the most wonderful experience. Not only is she incredibly professional, knowledgeable, but she works so hard for her clients. Right from the beginning, Siobhan explained every part of the homebuying process and her part in it. She was so patient with us and understanding of our needs. We knew EXACTLY what we wanted in a house and when we found it, it was not easy to get all our ducks in a row, but we could not have done it without Siobhan. She worked tirelessly for us, keeping us informed and involved. We were expecting our first child when we were right in the middle of the process and she was always asking how we were and caring about us as people, not just clients. We are so grateful to have been able to work with Siobhan, sitting in our dream home we know we couldn't have done it without her.

ZillowVERIFIED Siobhan is fabulous to work with. She is patient and truly cares about her client. She works hard to find you what you are looking for and helps you understand each step in the process. She is very knowledgeable, especially with first time buyers. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need... for example she met us within just hours of us asking to see a home in a competitive area. When we saw the house and made an offer, she helped to win over the sellers and got us the house! She was available whenever we needed her and bottom line...she gets the job done!

ZillowVERIFIED With Siobhan's help my wife and I have purchased two homes in the past few years. I work in sales & sales management and before meeting Siobhan I had a very hard time finding an agent that I cared to work with. Siobhan's current knowledge of the local market is very impressive and her willingness to work for you is unlike any other realtor I came across. In both transaction we had serious obstacles to over come but Siobhan's caring guidance helped making the difficult decisions a breeze. Next time I'm looking to buy a home Siobhan will be the 1st call I make.

ZillowVERIFIED Siobhan sold our house in 12 hours and for 35k over asking price. You can't ask for any better results than that! She has a "no pressure" style and a calming demeanor which helps to alleviate those stressful moments when selling a home. Siobhan skillfully navigated through some hurdles during our closing which had the potential to delay the deal. Her quick thinking kept everything on track. We would hire her again in a heartbeat and would HIGHLY recommend her to others!

ZillowVERIFIED We feel grateful to have met Siobhan and that we asked for her assistance in finding our first home! Throughout the process she was right there when we needed her, always answering her phone or getting back to us very quickly. When we were interested in seeing a property she was right there showing it to us (often times the second day). During a showing she was always honest and gave us great advise on what she thought of the location and status of the houses we saw; she did not want us to rush into anything and it always felt that she had our best interest at heart. When we found the house we now call home the closing process was smooth and easy. We would definitely ask Siobhan for her expertise in the future and would recommend her to our friends and family. We now gained a friend in the process too!

ZillowVERIFIED What was impressive to me was Siobhan's responsiveness and knowledge. I felt comfortable the first call I had with her. She is very dedicated and passionate about real estate and taking care of her clients. She went the extra mile to assist me in getting into my first home(single family). The process was smooth with relatively no hang ups due to her quick responses and timely answers. Her loan team is just as responsive and professional. I will refer Siobhan to all my friends and family as I have already.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Siobhan was simply outstanding as she handled every aspect of our home buying process. Not only was she available every single time we tried to contact her, she consistently found answers for us at every turn. Even after the closing, when we had an issue identified with our plumbing, she once again took ownership to find a resolution for us, even though this was clearly not her responsibility. Would highly recommend her for not only her knowledge and expertise, but certainly for the professionalism as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Siobhan Bennett was our realtor for our most recent home purchase. Siobhan provided a level of service and attention that was far beyond what we ever could have expected or asked for. Our most recent real estate purchase was not our first and Siobhan was not the first realtor that we have worked with but she was, however, by far the best. She was extremely receptive and attentive to our requests and needs and she was always immediately available, even during after-hours or on weekends. Once we found the home that we wanted to purchase, Siobhan employed some very creative ideas and solutions during the negotiation process which beat out the other offers that were on the table and resulted in an agreement with the sellers that had everything that we could have asked for. Siobhan's pleasant personality, intense work ethic and superior negotiating ability are just some of the reasons that we have recommended her to everyone that we know, including our closest friends and family members.
