I would not recommend Tyler Tyson as a real estate agent. He was the selling agent for his own primary residence, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Tyler failed to disclose significant issues with the property, including water coming into the basement and known problems with the sewer line. Additionally, there were multiple areas of the house that were not properly maintained, such as missing trim that was conveniently covered up by furniture during the walk-through, and stickers placed on a door to hide visible holes. Items that were supposed to stay with the house, such as the shower curtain rod, were taken. This lack of transparency and honesty raises serious concerns about his ethics as a real estate professional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with Tyler Tyson.

We had been looking for a lake place for several years, no luck. We just couldnt seem to find the right fit. Whether it was cost, distance from our home, body of water, nothing was coming together. Thats when Kim and Brian came in and worked their magic. We identified a place that we were interested in, and it seemed like it was meant to beaEUR|..until it wasnt. There was a major issue with the water well and it seemed certain that the sale would fall through. But Kim is a bulldog, and wouldnt accept anything but success. She dealt with all of the headaches, and in the end we finally got our place. The BattermanaEUR~s are such a perfect team, and we will be forever grateful to them. When looking for that next property, there is no need to look any further than Kim and Brian!!!!

It was fantastic! Her knowledge of the area and homes was excellent. She listened to what we were looking for. It was nice to be able to ask her questions and get the answers. She is a very positive person and knows what she is taking about. We would highly recommend working with Michelle!

Kim and her team exceeded our expectations! There were a number of Issues that arose during this process that were handled very professionally and quite frankly couldnt be completed without their intervention.
