They are great with figuring price to list it for and great with everything else. Definitely highly recommend Travis and his crew. They help this veteran family out immensely.

ZillowVERIFIED Travis Fonder was horrible. We talked one time over the phone and then he pretty much ghosted us. I texted him for days and he didnt respond. Finally got word from him that he aEURoegot a new phoneaEUR? even then I would continue texting him and he wouldnt respond. My husband also contacted him and he barely got anything back. It felt really discriminating to say the least. We went with a different realtor and had way better service!

ZillowVERIFIED Energetic, friendly and had knowledge of the area but not much background on the homes we visited (she did get some info when requested). Would have been nice especially with a hot housing market and the need to make immediate decisions to put in offers.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the hands-down best real estate agent in the Fox cities/ Northeast Wisconsin Market. Travis was extraordinary at helping my wife and I buy our first (and maybe even last) home. Travis put forth extensive effort into representing us as his clients. He was also very confident in the entire process from writing the offer right up until closing. Still to this day, I consider Travis not only my number one real estate choice... but also an incredible friend/father/man. Travis authentically cares for his clients and knows that a home is much more than a piece of property, but is a vessel where "family" happens.I highly esteem Travis and commend him for his well deserved reputation as the Valley's finest, and in my opinion "funniest" real estate agent around.
