And when the appraiser made a mistake she spent a large amount of time working between the appraiser and the underwriter to make sure the sale was able to proceed.

With this we were able to have the house ready to go so that we didn't have to worry about any surprises after accepting an offer. Also, I feel that offering the home warranty she suggested allowed buyers to feel 100% comfortable in what they were purchasing. Thanks to Ashley's hard work and great suggestions we were able to review 5 offers, all over asking price, after only 2 days of our home being on the market.
