ZillowVERIFIED Michelle was an awesome realtor to work with as I searched for my first home! :) She was knowledgeable about current market conditions, the home buying process, and general knowledge that is super helpful when selecting homes to tour as well as during home tours/showings. She was patient yet insightful and never made me feel pressure to rush my home search. Throughout my home search I had multiple homes I would stumble upon in the morning and Michelle would be able to get me a tour later that same day, her responsiveness was phenomenal! All in all I would strongly recommend Michelle Meier as your realtor if you are looking for someone that is going to be helpful, responsive and provide a low pressure environment during your home search.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle is great and was always available to help us with every question and mild freak-out we had all with a calm smile and upbeat attitude. She was patient with us viewing after viewing, sometimes 5 in a single day and when it was all over she was with us while signing our closing papers even though she didn't need to be.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Michelle - she's the best I've ever worked with. I've partnered with Michelle twice over the past few years - once to buy a home and once to sell one. Both times, the properties were considered unconventional by Fox Cities standards, and required a high degree of creativity in terms of marketing, financing, and negotiation. Michelle delivered on each of these. And regardless of the inevitable roadblocks that sprang up throughout the home buying and selling experience, Michelle never wavered in her positive can-do attitude to find solutions. The photos and video she and her team created to list my home for sale were amazing - it almost made me not want to sell it. She got us an offer $10K over listing within a week. And through it all, she brought a unique combination of real estate wisdom and a humble, down-to-earth approach. It's been a pleasure working with Michelle - I've been fortunate to have her as my real estate professional, and I can't recommend her highly enough. Tom P

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle helped my husband and I find our house when we were moving to Wisconsin from Michigan. We literally only had a single day to find our dream house, and she worked tirelessly to find the perfect fit for us and our family. Michelle was kind, honest, knowledgeable, and quick to communicate.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle was amazing throughout our entire experience. She was always very patient with us when we had questions, and since this was our first time buying a house we had a lot of them. She explained everything to us when we were writing our offers so we knew exactly what to expect and all of the advice that she gave us was great! On the closing day she was there too and she even got us a house warming present which we definitely didn't expect! Overall she helped make the entire experience of buying our first home as quick and painless as possible, we were only looking for about 2 months and we couldn't be happier with our house, we would definitely be interested in using her again in the future for our next house :)

ZillowVERIFIED Super awesome to work with! We are first time home buyers. Our house was found by her walking her dog in her neighborhood on a Sunday morning. House had a flyer for sale on the front lawn and she texted us right away, we got in to look at it that afternoon, made an offer and found out the next day that it was accepted!! Always responded back quickly when we had questions and the process of home inspection, radon testing, and offer was done super quick! Will definitely recommended!!

ZillowVERIFIED I was attempting to purchase a unique property in Appleton in summer of 2016. Michelle was creative, responsive, flexible, and made it happen. I'd recommend her for real estate transactions in the fox cities. I'm looking forward to partnering with her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Michelle at an open house and I was simultaneously shopping for an agent to work with. Michelle was very easy to work with. Her responsiveness is excellent. I wish I could have given her 6 stars. I had bought homes before but I was going solo this time and she walked me through each step effortlessly. I have worked with other real estate agents and have never returned for their business. I have and will continue to refer Michelle to those thinking of buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle is an old friend of mine, so when I was ready to buy a home I naturally contacted her for advice. She helped me through the entire process, dealt with my neverousness and apprehension about purchasing the home. I was unsure what to do for a mortgage and she recommended a great lender as well. The sellers were not the easiest to deal with during and after the inspection but she worked with the listing agent right up to closing to get everything straightened out and it worked out perfectly. The bottom line is I would recommend Michelle to anyone buying or selling a home in or near the fox valley area.
